The ambiance was great. This place is cool & the service is counter ordering. I ordered the Fame Tacos, one of each & Empanadas. I chose the Argentinian Beef which she said came with olives & rasins & the Brazilian Calabresa which I was Informed was filled with smoky brazilian sausage & a creamy parm-like cheese named catupiry. Despite all of their wonderful alcoholic drink options, I went for coffee. I am also going to carry out a loaf of bread that they can slice for you once it cools.. yup, it’s that fresh & a fig pecan oatmeal cookie because they also look & sound delicious. Apparently they have a million playlists (this guy can Dj any party of mine) & the owner has the resteraunt logo showing up in the corner of the TV screen, where the videos are playing. Smart
I give the Tacos a 4.5 out of 5. The flavor was bright (perfect fusion experience) the shell was a grilled flour wrap which was both crispy on the outside & tender & chewy on the inside. The meat was tender, but the texture was slightly mealy from the seasoning but still very good. The Empanadas were delicious. A 10 out of 5.. LoL! The server said some people are put off by the Argentinian ingredients, it was her favorite & I found nothing wrong with the flavor profile. However, the Brazilian one stole the show. The minute I cut into it I was overwhelmed by the smell of heaven.. Seriously, if heaven has a smell, it was this tiny empanada! It was too good to put into words, so youre just going to have to come experience it. Come. Eat! You wont regret it!
I will be back to try their winter salad & then again for the ruben & i will have friends in tow. I 100% recommend this place.
Our server was Coco & not only was she delightful but so knowledgeable about Holyoaks revitization & happenings. I truly enjoyed speaking with her.

Fame is amazing! Just looking at it from the outside, to walking in and sitting down or even sitting outside, the layout is incredible and looks beautiful. The place gives a nice, warm and inviting vibe. Very cool place to grab some quality cocktails, delicious plates and to hang out and talk or relax. The place is nice and clean and the service is excellent. Mauro and Dave are great hosts and the rest of the staff are so friendly and helpful. Our bartender Alex made some incredibly delicious drinks. Our favorites were the Smokey Passion, Espresso martini with Vodka, Pomegranate cosmo and Mai Tai. As for food, the Empanadas, tacos, chicken meatballs and the truffle flatbread hit the spot. What we like about this place is the cool and comfortable atmosphere and the way the place was built out. It just looks elegant. Another thing that looks fun and entertaining is this lounge and eatery has themes and events on certain nights. We did get to experience this, but certainly something happening every night. Totally looking forward to visiting again. I highly recommend!! #fameholyoke, #exploreholyoke, #westernmass,

Fame is easily one of the most fun and queer-friendly places in the Valley. The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is always lively and welcoming. They regularly host creative events like flair tea dances (themed afternoon dance and social parties), karaoke, show tunes nights, gay socials, salsa lessons, and a rotating lineup of other themed events.
The owners, Dave and Mauro, are genuinely kind and responsive to the community, ensuring every visit feels engaging and inclusive. Follow their social media for weekly updates, and make a point to stop by. As a Holyoke resident, I’m proud that our city has such an inviting space; open to everyone, yet especially meaningful for queer folks to connect, celebrate, and feel at home.

My family and I visited here for Mother’s Day brunch. The food selection had plenty of variety. The mac and cheese was excellent in flavor and portion, but the potatoes were cold, and the chicken, while seasoned well, had small bones and made it hazardous to eat. The mango salsa with chips was nice to start with. The hard cider was good.
The service quality was friendly and coordinated for the number of persons in our party. We had plenty of leftovers to eat later
