Hire more competent staff with better attitudes. The young lady yesterday got 3 out of 5 things on our order wrong and got attitude when we complained. They also need training on how to make things correctly. Very sloppy.

Arrived a few minutes before 8pm expecting it to be open but it was already closing up when I got there. Posted hours on Google/Facebook are incorrect and give two different closing hours, 8:30 and 9pm. No posted sign to reflect the early closing either

Friendly workers, but this is only ice cream items and drinks. Not the grill part with burgers and such, which I miss.

Was very disappointed! Had a combo plate with a small tenderloin. A tenderloin should be tender, tender enough to probably cut with a fork. I could barely cut mine with steak knife. My guest had chicken alfredo. Chicken was tough and dry, alfredo sauce was lacking flavor. Not real impressed!

Ice cream was great. Had an outrages Reece’s blizzard. And my wife had a pumpkin pie blizzard. We like B&G is Sioux Falls a little better. They use real pumpkin pie in theirs. The girl at the window did not flip the blizzards upside down when giving them to us.

Drive-thru or walk-up service only. They have sheltered picnic tables. Very nostalgic place, reminding me of the old DQ’s when I was a kid. Love it!
