Yesterday I ordered the BOGO 12 inch meatball subs, I verified that this location was participating, and I placed my order with my credit card and the order went thru and even showed my total correctly and my savings amount $8.95 ) but as soon as I arrived and went in, my order was canceled by management and the kid working the counter was rude and said it’s the bosses orders to cancel any BOGO order……

This is the crappiest place to order Subway from, because they refuse to participate in promos or coupons and will refuse your order if its cheaper than they like. In an economy where everything is super expensive as is, a cheaper meal would have been great, but NO, they cant save let anyone save a buck or 2, all because of the greedy nature of this franchise owner!

Find a different subway to go to.
My family ordered the BOGO deal, order was accepted and went through. Just to find out when we showed up to pick it up. They had voided the order because they said this location does not accept coupons. Would have been nice if they could have messaged us to inform us this before wasting our time waiting for it and driving to the store.

This place always has “good subs”, BUT they do not accept any COUPONS OR PROMOS EVER!!
We had ordered through the app online and it had showed they DID accept the offer throught the cart! At PICK-up, we were informed our orders were CANCELLED and told we could REDO THE ORDERS, no coupons, sorry they said!!! Do not ever fall for this. SUBWAY-update your Promo accepting locations!!!

I have been to multiple Subways from here to Arizona. I love the sandwiches and the options for add ons. Service is usually good. However, not one Subway, from Phoenix, Arizona to Cincinnati, Ohio would accept any of my Subway coupons. You would think they would put a sign at the entrance that they don’t accept the coupons. When I get to the register I should tell them, if you’re not accepting my Subway coupon, then I’m not accepting your sandwiches. Not sure that they lose any money on their sandwiches by accepting the coupons, But they’ve lost us as a customer.

Ordered online with the deal that was advertised. Paid with card, was charged, got order number and drove to the store and was told my order was voided. I was told they sent an email, which is silly. I don’t think to peruse my email every time I order via an app. They should find a way to raise awareness of this problem so people like me won’t waste our time. I ended up ordering anyway, they did not honor the deal, and the food was mediocre at best. Also, the manager really was not helpful at all, and treated me rudely as though it was me who made a mistake. I will not be going back.

So subway does this bogo thing every so often and apparently stores can just cancel the order and refuse to do the deal. It doesnt say anywhere that the store doesnt do it and you can complete the order and have your credit card charged. So you drive in for your sandwiches that you have already paid for just for them to say its canceled we sent you an email. Who checks their email when they order food from an app and in fact my app said my food was prepared. Needless to say im incredibly annoyed and frustrated

We ordered 4 meatball subs 2 on white Italian and 4 whole-wheat/grain.
They were all white /Italian. The sauce was not marinara. It was like stewed tomatoes crushed up and tastes strange. We asked for extra marinara sauce and hardly any on them. I guess good thing because it was terrible and not marinara by no means.
The bread was soggy and oily as well.

Store was dirty and the store manager refuses to honor the daily specials posted inside the store. Asked for the number for corporate and the owner refused to provide contact information. Female owner was very rude, arrogant, and completely useless. Manager did everything possible to keep me from contacting corporate. Is it asking too much to get a sandwich from a sandwich shop? Employees at the counter appeared to be on drugs or drunk. The large teenager taking orders was very slow and just stared at us for what seemed to be an eternity.
I️ still love subway but would avoid this location like the plague. Went to Jimmy Johns and I️ was greeted with warm smiling faces and they were happy to make me a sandwich for the advertised price.
My friend called as we were pulling out and after I️ told him what happened he told me that the subway location stops making fresh product at 3 pm and he too was denied the daily special but like me he was offered a similar sub for $8 and told that they don’t have to honor promotions if they don’t want to.
With all of the other options available it doesn’t make sense to spend your money at a place that doesn’t care about customers. My friends and I️ recommend that as many people call corporate subway as possible bc they are losing money with that manager compared to what they could do
