Stopped by Health Check Juice Bar and tried a couple smoothie bowls and smoothies. Everything was fresh, well-balanced, and filling without being overly sweet.
The That’s Nuts bowl was rich and hearty, with a smooth banana, oat, and peanut butter base and a great mix of toppings for crunch and texture. The Red Dragon bowl was lighter and super refreshing, with a vibrant fruit base and fresh toppings.
For smoothies, the Pink Panther was creamy and smooth, and the Wake Me Up Joe was a great blend of coffee, banana, and nut flavors without being too heavy.
Service was friendly and efficient, and Kaitlyn was especially helpful. Definitely a solid spot if you’re looking for quality smoothie bowls and smoothies.

I’ve only tried the Wake Me Up Joe smoothie so far, but it was INCREDIBLE. I’m so excited Etown has this spot now!! Definitely going to try the acai bowls and house pressed juices. There’s also a cute little gift shop-type area. Very friendly staff and located near the library and other downtown shops!

I visited recently for the first time! What a gem for Etown! I’m so excited for the health of Etown, taking baby steps, one drink at a time. It’s a must-visit. Don’t fund the grocery store’s health drinks; fund our local small business drinks. They taste better, and the food is tasty and holistic! The workers are super friendly, and I felt right at home. Even gave us some free samples:)!

More people need to know about this little gem in Etown. We ordered ahead on a Sunday afternoon and were greeted with a clean, friendly, and well decorated environment. The smoothies and toasts were amazing. I hope more people realize it’s there!

A friend recommended me Health Check after visiting their Annville location. Was super excited to see they had an Etown location! I got a Midnight Bowl, subbed the chocolate chips for goji berries and added chia seeds (extra charge for both). Extremely delicious, 10/10 absolutely recommend!
