The Uber driver after waiting 10 minutes called and said someone from Subway had a question about bread. A woman who mumbled and spoke so quickly neither me nor my girlfriend could understand said they were out of white bread at 6:30 pm. Not wanting “cheesy” or whole wheat I asked for flat bread thinking she would ask if that was both sandwiches. She didn’t and tho my girlfriend doesn’t like flat bread both sandwiches came that way but neither toasted. My teriyaki was salty. The poor Uber driver waited patiently and was very gracious. This store can do better. If not step aside and let someone competent utilize this lease space.

I am going to make a claim this way, because the supposed MANAGER was very rude and rude to us. We placed an order online and the sandwiches were not the ones we gave and when we went to return them the Manager treated us very poorly, she changed some of the sandwiches but it was still not what we ordered and paid for, I buy and order what I want to eat, not what I that Manager wants me to eat, we had to throw away the 4 sandwiches because she said she wouldn’t give us the money back and we didn’t really tell her to give us the money back we wanted her to change the sandwiches for us so what we really ordered

Food was good, sandwich was made well and fast.
Problem was the kid that rang us up, Braiden, was all but hateful to us. Very cold and inhospitable.

Had the classic club today, tasted alright but somthing tasted off. Went down smooth the customer service was on point the atmosphere is dated. You walk into a subway weather its 2005 or 2023 and its the same. Not a time warp just no changes.
