We love ordering the Honey baked ham & smoked turkey for the holidays…though if it’s the day before the meal somehow we find ourselves sneaking and munching on slices the night before. lol —- Cold or hot it’s fantastic either way. I love to stop in sometimes and get a fresh made Sammie with turkey or ham as well. The Tavern club is one of my favorites. —- I’m very thankful we have a store nearby in Boardman.

Bought two 1/4 hams spent over $150.00. The guy at the counter kept going in back to ask questions. I felt they did not want to sell the 1/4 hams. When we got home the glaze was crystallized and rock hard we can not melt. Ive had a few honey baked hams in my day. Never two like this. Probably will not be back.

First of all, we ordered the slider meals.
Potato Au Gratin was frozen.
The sliders were cold. Had to heat them up in the oven. They did not tell us that. It’s just disappointing that how the food is being served.

I had a gift card for this place. I’d never been here before. I don’t eat ham or lunch meat of any kind, so I had the card for several years before deciding to purchase their frozen carrot cake for a family event. It was the worst carrot cake I have ever had. Very dry and flavorless. Just tasted like sugar. Like eating a sand castle. I ended up throwing it out. My kid wouldn’t even eat it.

This place is amazing!! The cookies, the ham, and the staff are just all high quality. There was one worker who actually took the time to help make my daughter comfortable and happy, it was heart warming. I say two-thumbs up for managment and I hope more places adopt their techniques for customer satisfaction.

Not only do I love the food but I love the employees just as much. I have gotten everything from their hams to their frozen dinner sides to their hand made sandwiches and soups. I absolutely love it all. Taylor the manager and her whole entire crew are the best around!

Update to reply…it’s not a mistake. It was 100% this location. I’ve tried to get soup on more than one occasion and was told they don’t have any left even though it was only 2-3 in the afternoon, the rude woman said they don’t keep soup on all day and when it’s gone it’s gone or something to that effect.
Another time was told well I already pulled the soup off for today so I don’t have anymore to give you …

Called to order a ham for pickup. Asked for a 12 plus pound ham. The women said she didn’t know if she had one and would not look to see if they had one. Told me she was too busy to help. Why answer the phone? Hams are great but this store has rude, unhelpful people working there. Looking at other reviews, I am not the only one that thinks so. I believe the corp. office should informed.
