Sadly this place did not meet my expectations. Although I appreciate the vegan options, I personally wouldn’t recommend this restaurant and I have tried better pho. The broth was not bad on its own but once you have it with noodles and tofu it tasted a bit bland. I only finished most of it because it was a $20 for a small pho so I didn’t wanna waste food because since I had to pay for it. The noodles were overcooked because they would break apart when I would pick them up with chopsticks. My dad said his soup was served lukewarm so that didn’t help his experience. When we arrived at lunch time on a Sunday the restaurant was empty which should’ve been a hint. Not sure is this was just an off day but unfortunately for my visit it will be the last.

We all really enjoyed eating at Pho Ha Noi. We got two bun bo hue, pho, and vermicelli bun. Their sauce on the bun was delicious and different than the usual. It’s a home made sauce and they use a olive oil according to the owner. Our bun bo hue had a clean tasty broth that she makes out of bones overnight. I usually am sensitive to msg and it leaves me super tired after a meal but that didn’t happen here so I was pleasantly surprised. Noodles were chewy and the broth was hot. Owner was nice too

Absolutely delicious! I wasn’t sure what it was going to be but I ended up ordering the North Style Beef Stew w/ Banh Mi. It was a loaf of Banh Mi bread with all the toppings on a plate along with a bowl of incredibly delicious beef stew. The flavor was something in the space of American chili. Delicious! Prices are good and staff is quite friendly. The veggie Pho is chicken broth but there were several other good vegetarian options.

Delicious Pho that reminds me of home!! I appreciate this restaurant has both Viet north (rice paper) & south (typical egg) style spring rolls. It’s rare I find north style; and they make them both delicious!
We had Pho #7 & #8 (combo/beef round only) and they asked if wanted #8’s meat stir fried or in stew!! Haven’t been asked that in so long.

The broth came out delicious, the noodles taste homemade, and they make sure you get your money’s worth. There was so much meat in my combo bowl I took just broth & meat home. It was so tender and flavorful too.

Overall great atmosphere and food that motivates me to keep coming back. Thank you Pho Ha Noi, you rock!

This place was only 5 min from my work so I came here for 1hr lunch and was excited to try out a new Vietnamese restaurant. We came here 5 days after their grand opening. However I waited at least 25min for a bowl of round steak pho but there were not many customers inside, most of them were just sitting and waiting for their food.
The phở came out with nice portion but the taste was not up to my expectation. Round steak was dry but soft. At least they used the right kind of noodles for phở. The broth was fatty and cloudy.
My husband ordered grilled pork with rice dish and he was completely disappointed with the food quality. Pork was very dry & hard like jerky (feel like air-fried meat rather than grilled meat). No flavor, no onion oil, no fish sauce, no silverware included. He had to ask for silverware & fish sauce. We both could not finish our dishes because they were bad even we were still hungry.
Overall it was a bad experience for us. We saw the owner went around and checked on everyone, but she did not ask us how we were (I guess she saw our leftover and was afraid to ask!), so we did not have a chance to tell her what went wrong with our food.
I don’t think we ever come back to this place, unless they are open to take in constructive feedbacks and make changes.

One of the best pho spots I have been to. The pho clearly was made with time and care. The Gia gio was also so well made. I was stuffed but had to finish it since it was so good. The owner was also very sweet and kind. I will definitely be back

Went in on a whim today and it was one of the best lunches we’ve had! It was quiet, we were the only people in which is a crime because the food is so good, but made for a nice lunch. We shared and banh mi and salad rolls and both were incredible. Super authentic, fresh food and the service was quite authentic as well, our server spoke very little English but we got on perfectly well. There was a bit of a confusion while ordering but we worked it out and the food quality made up it. The music was pleasant and soft piano! Will visit again if in Hillsboro.

Hillsboro has a new top Pho restaurant. The chef puts the boiling time in on them bones and it shows in a wonderful broth. Noodles were soft. Meats were tender and delicious. They offer two types of Siracha, Plum Sauce and a couple of other flavorings I’ve not seen in any other restaurants (don’t know the names). One looks like a dryer form of Chinese Hot Oil or Chili Chrisp, but isn’t hot. The other was some peeled garlic in vinegar. They serve with a small bowl so you can make your own dipping sauce from these. Normally I have to ask for one. The Pho is also served with the traditional plated of Bean Sprout s, Thai Basil, Jalapeño and Lime.
Looking forward to coming back to try their other dishes.
