Great location (corner of Main Ave/West Rocks Rd) and due to 2 great people: Hilda and Marisol. Within the time of eating with my family, they had efficiently cleaned their entire work area, done 2 glove changes, and I notice how they don’t use the gloves for sandwiches, when they touch/handle the computer/transactions. For years, my family quite literally have made it an unwritten rule that when we want Subway, we only go to this subway.
Food is done fast, well, and nice and warm. Eating areas are always clean along with again, their workspace. They restock quickly and have such a bright and warm energy, especially to little kids.
Sorry this review is long, but as a picky girl with any fast food, Subway at this location with my girls Hilda and Marisol, is always great!

Not all times you get somebody at fast food who is patient and smiling all the time. We stopped here for a quick bite on our road trip and was attended by a nice lady who looked in her 40’s. We threw a barrage of requests at her for a foot long and a salad.
She smiled every time and did not show any signs of irritation throughout the order. I cannot complain anything about a Subway food as it’s standard and there are not going to be any surprises. But the service and how the place is maintained are what that let any Subway place standout.
We planned to eat in the car but ended up having it on the restaurant itself. The place looked quite busy as there was somebody or the other who kept walking in.
As somebody rightly pointed out, this place’s parking is a disaster waiting to happen but you can’t complain the restaurant for its tiny setup.

Very disappointed today! Never going on a Sunday again! Were very cheap with the meat and still charged the same price! Can get a better sandwich during the week! Watch them closely when they are making your sandwich!! Update have gotten much better! They finally listen to what you are asking for ☺️

Subways used to be an economical place to eat. Not anymore. Any and all foot longs are well above $10 price point with no sides. My meal costing me $18. Mind you i got something more expensive on the menu.
This location is however well run. No complaints from this location in particular.

The workers could not understand my need for my families meal, nor did they have any type of support to help them. It took twice as long for every sandwich, and it caused the line to build up and other customers to get impatient .
