Outstanding service and kindness to a necessary gluten free customer! The honey bbq nachos with chicken instead of pork was recommended by the manager, Lindsey. They are *delicious * ! Lindsey went out of her way to make sure I didn’t have a reaction. All staff are always polite, courteous, and provide exceptional service. We are so thrilled to have McAllister’s in Hoptown! I hadn’t been in McAlister’s Deli in a few months due to a couple of not so good experiences in a row; however, we were having a mommy/daughter day last week, so this is where my kiddo wanted to go. I couldn’t see the menu all that well due to leaving my glasses. The cashier noticed, and brought me a menu to look at. Kudos to her for this My daughter saw a new lemonade, but was hesitant to order it because she didn’t know if she’d like the taste. Again, the cashier noticed, and let her taste it. In case you can’t tell, the customer service bar was now even higher, and we hadn’t even placed our order yet! I ended up getting the nachos and my daughter had this huge baked potato with her new lemonade flavor of course. There wasn’t many people dining in that day, but I would attribute that to the snow/ice we just had dropped on us a few days prior. The restaurant was clean and they were playing some good 90s music over the speaker that we loved by the way. Our food was brought out to us and the sweet cashier even came out to check on us as we were eating. The food was great and it came to just under $20, which was not bad if you had seen the size of the nachos and that potato It was a great experience and I’m grateful that I didn’t allow a couple of previous negative experience keep me from returning again. I’m so sorry for not getting the young lady’s name that was our cashier, but I will be sure to when we return. She was amazing!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Food is always fresh and delicious. I like everything on the menu and there is no Ice Tea better or bigger! My favorites are the McAlister’s Club sandwich, Harvest Chicken Salad sandwich, Broccoli Cheddar Soup, and all salads. I visit at least 2x each week or more.

It was nice. The sandwich was a little pricey for the size and the pickle had a odd taste, but other than that the sandwich, soup and iced tea was great. I was okay tipping (not the full percentage since I ordered at the counter, but they brought it to me and then cleared my table.

Great soups and sandwiches! The Spicy Southwest Chicken is my all time favorite. The food came out quick and service was good. I prefer McAlister’s over Panera Bread for sure!

5 star service! The young lady at the register was very helpful and was able to explain everything that we had questions for. The staff is very welcoming. The place makes you feel at home. Amazing decor and the place is very clean. The food tastes amazing. This is probably going to be my favorite place. Goodbye, Panera Bread, hello McAlister’s Deli.

Never been here before. Walked in 30 minutes until end of buisness day. Asked the opinion on 2 signature sandwiches. Got referred to the French dip…HUGE disappointment. I work in the industry. I wouldn’t have recommended this sandwich given the time I spent waiting…non the less…the quality. I expected a lot more never been here and wanting something fresh…sold on a product that was not even on the TASTE…ARBY’S is actually better☹️

Watch out Panera! I went twice in a week. I enjoy using the app to order at the table or picking up from the drive window. The McAlister Club sandwich is deliciously simple, very tasty. Didn’t care for the Country Potato soup or the Italian sandwich, but don’t let that deter you from eating it. The cucumber and tomato could use some extra dressing. Broccoli Cheddar soup is good. I would love to try it for breakfast and maybe have some creamers readily accessible at the counters. I want to try the Memphian. The Sweet tea, lemonades and carrot cake Catering is also available.
The visit was worth the drive. Beware they are busy at peak hours. Double check your To Go Orders Missing a macaroni and cheese from an online order.
