I ordered the bacon chicken ranch sub footlong.
Which supposed to get 2 scoops of chicken.
The indian young man Scoop one and a half scoops Of chicken And put the other half In the 2nd scoop back.
And he took the chicken that was on the sandwich and even it out So it will look like 2 scoops.
I was standing there , watching him the whole time When I ask him why he did that he lied straight to my face and say it was 2 scoop.
And when I told him I was watching him the whole time he went haywire And a different language.
I know he was cursing me out.
And I reminded him that these sandwiches are not cheap That was a $12 sandwich plus the meal On top of it.
And I was told from other people that they had similar problems with this subway too.
Out of a lot of items to put on sandwiches.
When did Subway discontinue cucumbers?
Customer service is severely lacking.
Like the skimpiness of the ingredients is ridiculous. Whether it’s the meat, cheese, or even vegetables, it feels like every topping is being rationed as if it’s coming out of the employee’s paycheck. A single slice of tomato or a few shreds of lettuce on a footlong sandwich just doesn’t cut it. The protein portions are even worse—what used to be a decent serving of chicken, turkey, or steak – now feels like a garnish rather than the main event. Also, if you ask for “extra” get ready to pay a premium for what should have been a standard portion to begin with.
Subway markets itself as a fast, affordable option, but the reality is far from it. By the time you add a drink and a cookie or chips, you’re looking at a meal that costs as much as a sit-down restaurant—without the quality or satisfaction to match. The so-called “deals” and promotions don’t seem to make much of a difference either, especially when the sandwiches themselves feel so underwhelming.
What’s most frustrating is that Subway has the potential to be great. The concept of fresh, made-to-order sandwiches is appealing, but the execution has fallen flat. If I’m paying a premium price, I expect a premium product—not a sandwich that leaves me hungry and regretting my purchase.
Until Subway addresses these issues, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other options out there that offer better value for money and don’t skimp on the ingredients. Subway, it’s time to step up your game.
I ordered a footlong rotisserie chicken with nothing else but basic veggies and honey mustard, on my receipt I was charged a MEXICALI which includes guacamole and other ingredients.
Their ingredients were also DRY and seemed to have been left out way too long.
I will no longer be visiting this establishment as multiple of my subs were overcharged when it is not what we actually ordered.
Moral of the story.. pay attention to what they are charging you. These business owners are frauds
