The Roasted Pork Belly Bánh Mì: Absolute perfection. The pork was incredibly tender, and the bread had that ideal soft-yet-sturdy texture. It’s loaded with traditional Vietnamese mayo, pickled daikon, carrots, cilantro, and cucumber. Pro tip: The jalapeños have a real kick—be ready!
Made-to-Order Summer Rolls: You can taste the freshness. They use romaine, lotus pickle, red cabbage, cucumber, mint, and rice vermicelli. Since they’re made to order, the rice paper is perfectly pliable, not chewy or dry.
Unique Sides: Skip the standard bag of chips and go for the Honey Butter Potato Chips or the Prawn Crackers. They’re the perfect crunchy pairing for the sandwiches or their savory noodle bowls (available in chicken, beef, or tofu).
The Drinks
You can’t leave without trying the Vietnamese Phin Drip Iced Coffee. They use authentic Robusta beans, which provide that bold, signature energy boost. The flavor variations are creative and delicious—the Salted Cream, Go-Co-Nuts, and Black Tiger are all game-changers.
Service & Logistics
The service is wonderful. If you’re feeling indecisive, the staff is more than happy to walk you through the menu and help you pick your new favorite dish.
Note on Parking: The lot can get a little tricky since it’s shared with several other businesses, so give yourself an extra minute to find a spot—it is well worth the effort!
Prob the second best banh mi that I had tried. Very good. The noodle dish was good. Don’t think ramen…. think of a salad noodle kind of dish. Has a light fish sauce to mix it with. It was a different but I would get it again.
For drinks, we had the Salted Cream and the Ube Dream – they were $7 each. I thought it was a bit pricey but it’s definitely worth it. For food, we got the Lemon Grass Banh Mi ($13) and the Pork and Shrimp summer rolls ($8). The Banh Mi was a good size and the lemon grass beef was very tasty. The summer rolls were also pretty large and had great flavor and full of protein! I would highly recommend!
They also serve amazing Vietnamese coffee and authentic bánh mì sandwiches, all made with fresh ingredients and attention to detail. You can tell this place really cares about quality and presentation.

I also tried the yummy honey butter potato chips as well as a salted cream coffee.
Everything was delicious! Can’t wait to come back and try some other items on the menu.
Wish I’d taken photos of my food but I got too carried away and it was all gone before I thought to take a pic!
Tried both the Bahn Mi and Noods, and you really can’t go wrong. Really comes down to whatever mood you’re in. So glad to see more foods from around the world in our community. Will be back!
