The O.G. Bánh Mì was really good and authentic. It had generous amounts of pâté and Vietnamese mayo. The Chicken Bánh Mì was decent as well. The wait was a bit long, over 20 minutes, but they only had two workers handling the lunch rush. The interior is bare-bones right now, but I am sure they will upgrade it over time. The prices are a bit high, but they are the only restaurant specializing in bánh mì in Springfield.

Absolutely phenomenal. Bread was super fresh, all the ingredients tasted very fresh, got the beef bahn mi with an egg and it absolutely made my day. I will be coming here regularly! So happy to have an authentic Vietnamese-owned bahn mi shop in Springfield and I’m so glad to report that I was blown away by the quality and friendliness of the owner! Delicious! You have to come try everything and then you’ll want to come back, I promise. We tried almost everything and shared. The pork belly Banh mi was my favorite, closely followed by the beef Banh mi. The noodle bowls were delicious, the beef is so tender. The summer rolls are a burst of summer in your mouth—make sure you try the secret sauce with them. We’ll be back over and over. We need healthy delicious food and they provide both. Can’t wait to come again. Staff is so friendly and they want to make sure you are enjoying your meal.

Prob the second best banh mi that I had tried. Very good. The noodle dish was good. Don’t think ramen…. think of a salad noodle kind of dish. Has a light fish sauce to mix it with. It was a different but I would get it again.

We got the summer rolls (Goi Cuon) and they were the absolute BEST we’ve had since traveling to Vietnam. The filling was delicious, well balanced with textures and flavors, and the house special sauce was magical! I got the OG Banh Mi and it was perfect. From the bread, to the pork, the pate, and the veggies. Every bite was incredible. We’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu!

Banh Mi & Me is great! We got both food and drink but my personal fav was the Ube Dream! The space was on the smaller side but it’s really nice and clean inside. Service was very good and there’s also a kiosk to order from.
For drinks, we had the Salted Cream and the Ube Dream – they were $7 each. I thought it was a bit pricey but it’s definitely worth it. For food, we got the Lemon Grass Banh Mi ($13) and the Pork and Shrimp summer rolls ($8). The Banh Mi was a good size and the lemon grass beef was very tasty. The summer rolls were also pretty large and had great flavor and full of protein! I would highly recommend!

Absolutely loved my visit to Bánh Mì & Me in Springfield! The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, and the food is next-level fresh and flavorful. I tried the Noods with Chicken, and it was hands down one of the best noodle bowls I’ve ever had — tender chicken, crisp veggies, and perfectly balanced flavor in every bite.

Loved everything about this little hidden gem! I had the ginger chicken bahn mi. The meat was perfectly marinated, the veggies were fresh and so was the delicious bread.
I also tried the yummy honey butter potato chips as well as a salted cream coffee.
Everything was delicious! Can’t wait to come back and try some other items on the menu.

Love love love this place. Coffee actually tastes like coffee, which I appreciate in today’s world of milk with a hint of coffee (sorry short soap box stand). If you want to add some sweetness the toppers are some of best.
Tried both the Bahn Mi and Noods, and you really can’t go wrong. Really comes down to whatever mood you’re in. So glad to see more foods from around the world in our community. Will be back!
