Giuseppe’s has always been our go-to for takeout every Friday. But something has changed over the past few months. We order different food every time we go, but there still seems to be a problem every time. It’s either not fully cooked or way overcooked. I ordered boneless chicken wings and seriously had to send them back 3 times because they were so overcooked and looked like i was given the scraping from the bottom of the fryer. Last night, we ordered a family size Chicken Alfredo for $16.99 to find out it only feeds 2 people. I’m not sure how thats a family size, but okay, so we picked it up, and what we thought was Chicken Alfredo pasta dinner ended up being Chicken Alfredo soup. The pan had so much Alfredo sauce in it. It was disgusting!!

The food is decent, but hardly worth the wait or price. Anything delivered takes upward of an hour and somehow, no matter what I order it always costs me almost $100 dollars, which is at least 15 or 20 more than my total on the phone. Part of the hidden costs are because “the credit card company adds a charge” and the other part is the outrageous $15 delivery charge. The customer service policy is to say, “Sorry, but I told you it would take that long” without offering any type of refund. Next time, I’ll make the half hour drive to spend my money elsewhere.

First time ordering from this location. Will not order again. We ordered takeout, poutine, salad, and slice of pizza. We live only 5 mins away. Poutine was incredibly soggy and barely warm, lettuce was not fresh in salad and my husband’s piece of pizza looked like it had been sitting under a heater for several hours. Never again.

Very convenient and only restaurant in town. Small inside space to eat but comfortable nonetheless. Comparing this location to their others, the food taste changes every time I’ve ate there. Not to say that it doesn’t taste good because it does. Prices are comparable to other pizza locations in and around the (518) area code. Speed and convenience is a bonus to those of us that live in the sticks who want something other than a homemade meal. Very friendly local employees who can hold a conversation with you if you’re sitting at the bar enjoying the food or beer.
