The omelette and crispy waffles are solid, and the fresh OJ is a nice touch. However, I’d recommend skipping the Horchata drink and the blueberry pancakes. Despite looking amazing, the pancakes were disappointing—uncooked inside and quite stretchy. Stick to the classics and you’ll have a good meal!
The first time I came the service was 1 star. The server was extremely irritated, which is funny because it was 10 AM.
I was asking her questions about the food and her answer was I don’t know. She seemed so annoyed.
I felt so disappointed that the server was not helpful and she brought us our check immediately after she brought the food. I wanted more coffee and needed napkins, yet she barely checked on our table.
I wouldn’t have come back but my friends wanted to try it, too. My second time here was the opposite.
I had a wonderful server who also worked at Yolked.
She was so kind, friendly, and attentive.
The hostess had forgotten to give us a coloring page and a kids menu, and the server immediately went to get one.
She was phenomenal at bringing coffee, asking how the food was, letting us eat before she brought the check, and she brought a box for my baby’s meal.
The place has pink chairs and comfortable booths. It doesn’t look anything like Yolked- it’s actually quite lovely.
The prices are high compared to other breakfast places in town.
Nevertheless, customer service is a contributing factor and I don’t want to roll the dice on whether or not the server will be welcoming and attentive.
The third time I was came here was because I had a meeting and Betsy’s was closed. There was no wait at all. They add a bunch of fries to the sandwich- it’s basically fries with a sandwich. LOL
There is nothing memorable about the food, the service, or the lack of coffee. Yes, the chairs are beautiful and they give out crayons; perhaps, that’s why the prices are $20.
When sitting, you get iced water and your utensils. Then a waitress comes to take your order and won’t leave you unattended .
Thank you! My first time being here, I liked it. Portions are good, restaurant was full, but we were able to hear each other. Meaning not too much noise.
This time I had the Spicy Korean Chicken Fried Rice, but my favorite is the B’fast Chow Mein (noodles, garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, diced veggies, chicken, eggs). They even offer Loco Moco! You will not be disappointed with their vast menu, and The Breakfast Club also has a full bar.
The staff is amazing, and the service is quick!
We came for a Saturday brunch and ordered a bunch of different plates. I opted for the B.C. mac and cheese which was amazing, but definitely a bigger portion than I thought. It comes with bacon and a egg prepared by your choice (I got it over-medium). It was soooo good and I loved it, so of course I took it to go. The rest of my family got pancakes, fried rice, biscuits & gravy, etc. As for drinks, I ordered an iced vanilla latte, and it tasted a bit strange, so I wouldn’t recommend or get it next time.
Though overall, service was kind and quick and the food was amazing. I would recommend it to others and visit again.
Menu breakfast/brunchy with tons of interesting looking choices – enough for several trips to experiment with.
I had the Korean fried rice – average plus, other choices looked better after staring around at other tables.
New place, good crowds, nice start.
