The service was good. Could tell the waitress knew we were unhappy with our food. The Mexican rice is literally uncle bens veggie mix. Never have I seen parboiled rice with carrots peas and green beans at a Mexican restaurant. Did not partake in the drinks maybe that’s why people go though. Will not be returning!

The food there has always been excellent! It’s always hot and the prices are reasonable. It is authentic! My wife and I eat there because we love the atmosphere and it is cozy. Our waitress’s name was Charlotte. She is very warm and attentive. She was also very precise when describing the options for the dishes that we were ordering.

We ordered take out a few times, and once ate inside the restaurant. I always get the taco salad, and it tastes great every time. I love the combination of chicken, avocado, crispy tortilla strips, tomatoes, lettuce and other toppings. Their sweet tea was also very good. My husband likes the horchata and the big burrito. My son likes the wings. We all have a regular order and it has been well made and consistent each time.
The time we ate in the restaurant, I did not catch our server’s name, but she saw me trying to discreetly nurse my baby by standing in a corner near our table, and she showed me an empty booth toward the back where I could nurse my baby privately. I was really touched she went out of her way to accommodate me.

SO UPSETTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
I am not one that post negative reviews, but this experience Is something I want to share to warn others.
I went to eat there with my husband yesterday, and I let the waitress know ahead of time that I have issues with spicy food. She was kind enough to bring out some salsa for me, but unfortunately, one of the dishes I ordered was extremely spicy—so much so that it triggered a reaction. My mouth felt like it was on fire, I broke out, and I ended up with what felt like oral thrush. I had to drink milk and leave the restaurant immediately. I couldn’t even enjoy the other dish I had ordered.
To make things worse, my husband’s order was also incorrect. We were so upset by the experience that we paid the check, left a tip, and walked out without taking any of the food in to-go containers.
Despite the waitress acknowledging what was going on—and me crying at the table—not a single manager came over to check on us. When I later called to express my concerns, the female manager I spoke with was dismissive and unprofessional. She told me it wasn’t her fault that I left the food on the table and refused to remake or even partially refund the items I couldn’t eat. I wasn’t even asking for a full refund—just a remake of my $12 meal or the $8 side I never touched.
Instead of listening, she kept interrupting me and made it clear she didn’t see this as her problem. I was especially shocked when she laughed during the call. I left that conversation feeling ashamed, disrespected, and extremely upset. This was an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience from beginning to end

Excellent new spot in Thomaston for Mexican cuisine. I had the three items combination. Food was excellent and prepared well. I had water to drink so I can’t speak on the drinks alcohol or otherwise. Ashlyn was my waitress and very pleasant and attentive but not too much so. Average priced and plus they are open on Sunday which was today. Some other restaurants in town are not open Sundays so that makes it a good option for Mexican. The only bad(not really) thing was the wait for the food but honestly there were two large families being attended to. I waited patiently and eventually my food arrived and everything was fine. I will return!

Another Mexican restaurant in Thomaston, you say? Well, I say, let’s taste their food and see if they deserve the business. My wife and I have visited this new restaurant numerous times and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food is prepared extremely well. The flavors are palate-pleasing and rich. The servers are professional and very attentive. The prices are comparable to the local fare. So, to answer the initial question of does Thomaston need another Mexican restaurant? Well, this place is outstanding, so, sure! Bring it on!
