The powerless workers are extremely disgruntled and antagonistic. They’ll put one drink of your order out every 20 minutes if you don’t go stand near it. May God grant them the strength to unionize and collectively bargain with a pro representative and then they may not hate the customers and the job so much. I’ll never be getting coffee at this location again.

The drinks are great, but every time I go they hand me my hot drink without a sleeve. I have to ask for a sleeve every time. I wish I didn’t have to ask for something that comes with the drink.

Not being from the area. I ordered online before heading to gym for game. Anyway my order wasn’t ready. Upon entering. Laken asked my name. But greeted me first she said I’m two orders ahead of yours. I said okay. She was moving so fast. No one seemed overwgelmed. They all worked fast. Anyway I asked about honey packets and she asked how many more I needed. Then I asked about peppermint. She asked did I want her to add I said yes please. She said for future it’s an option on the app. I said thank you. ALL while working. She didn’t ignore me. I wish all locations were like this. I will be bask when we’re in area. Thank you for great customer service. On a Saturday morning Nov 1st at 12 p.m. everyone worked great together.

I frequent here. Out of inventory often—today was no brewed coffee. My order was wrong multiple times, which I try to be understanding of human error. However if I can’t get brewed coffee and order something comparable, I don’t want two iced drinks. Great location but some things need to change.

I was at this Starbucks as they unlocked the doors for the first time! I was greeted with a smile by Tessa with a “Good Morning and welcome to your Starbucks!” The service was fast, the atmosphere cool and relaxing. I loved the excitement and cheer on the baristas face. This is a great addition to the neighborhood!

Everything you expect from a Starbucks is here: good food and beverages, friendly baristas, and free WiFi. Know that the seating is a little different than other Starbucks locations in the area, though. Also, there’s not a TON of parking. Be sure you’re not caught with the drive-thru line behind you!

Hello, my family and I visited this Starbucks on Saturday March 15, 2025 and we were so disappointed with the customer service in the drive thru. It was raining out and some has to quickly place order so that we didn’t get too soaked. We.were on our way to a spiritual event so we had on very delicate clothes. The order was captured on screen correctly so we pulled ahead to pay. The guy asked if our order was correct and the driver said yes. Another worker came to the window and rudely says next time you come to this Starbucks you need to roll your wind all the way down and it doesn’t matter if it’s raining because we have to get wet too. She was so nasty and continued to be belligerent even though she didn’t take the order and then she walked off. We were shocked with her behavior and we had young ones in the car and didn’t want to stoop to her level. We took our food and drove off disappointed and in disbelief. We explained to the the children that this isn’t a proper way to greet any customer. We spent over $40. We will never visit another Starbucks.
