Service would’ve been great if the cake wouldn’t have been frozen! I ordered 3 days in advance with a pickup date & time allowance for a fresh or at least unfrozen cake. I drove from Alabama to Lakeland to celebrate my youngest daughter’s birthday and wanted her have a delicious cake from the “Best Bakery” in the area, so I was told! We were truly disappointed

Love their cakes and the fact they are available for pickup for any event! The 9 inch cakes come frozen so you need time to unthaw for your event so pick up as early as possible that morning to eat that evening. I however don’t like their custom cake requests. It’s an online process and their supposed to call you back but I don’t remember them calling me back and it sometimes will take weeks apparently for them to do a simple custom cake requests. But I do enjoy their cakes and use them a lot for events!

I stop in almost every time I go to the nail shop next door. I always buy a dozen or more of everything so I can try different flavors of the same item (i.e. cupcakes, cookies, ooey gooeys, etc.) I have tried the cupcakes twice and they have been dry almost to the consistency of old cornbread. The cookies are not ever completely cooked through and the service doesn’t care. They are NOT friendly and don’t try to disguise their lack of concern over customer satisfaction. The ooey gooeys are the only items that have had any taste consistency and they are not always done in the center. I asked to sample taste a new flavor and was told they don’t do that. After reading the replies from the owners to other customers less than favorable critiques, I don’t expect anything other than some AI generated gibberish. All I have to say is yesterday was my last day purchasing Frost anything. Your treats really aren’t that great a treat. It’s more like a trick.

They have ready to pick up baked items. I called them early in the morning, asked if they would hold a chocolate cake with white icing, so I could pick it up after work. Of course, she said. I asked if they could write Happy birthday in purple, yes at no charge, they also added edible glitter. The cake was perfect for my friend’s birthday! It was fresh and delicious! (I added a few extras to the cake for her, see pic)

As soon as you walk through the door you’re wrapped with sweet smelling goodness. Everything was very clean, deliciously displayed, and fresh. Watermelon decorated cookie, oatmeal raisin, and chocolate chip with pecan cookies were so soft and tasty. Was my first time but will definitely be back.

Went here to purchase a cake for our son’s 18th birthday. We were told to allow the cake to set 4 hrs prior to serving. Later after cutting the cake the icing fell off and the cake was extremely dry (the cake is old) reached out to the lakeland location the next day and provided them my pictures of the cake they gave me a refund for the cake. This was a birthday cake that was not edible.

Incredible new location with yummy treats and a beautiful small seating area. This locally owned baked institution has swept the city with their kind service, excellent staff and yummy delights. I can see once the shopping center fully opens (currently still lots of construction), this place will be packed. I’m hopeful on my next visit for patio seating and more bottled drink options – vanilla iced coffee please!
