Some of the most rude employees I’ve ever encountered in food service work here. And a few months ago, they were slammed and busy and literally *locked me in the store*. I was coming in to get a mobile order and the store was open (3pm on a Saturday) and the door was locked. There were at least 6 other people in the restaurant, meaning they were literally locked in (a fire hazard) and after telling me “we’re closed,” the guy let me in to get my mobile order and locked the door behind me. When I asked to be let out please, he rolled his eyes and unlocked the door. Everyone in the restaurant was like ….
I love Dunkin’ so much I get it almost every day. On Christmas, I got my usual iced tea drink and said Merry Christmas in Spanish (in which I am proficient) and the guy behind the counter looked at me and went “mhm.”
If you order something on mobile and they don’t have it in the store, they’ll straight up just be like “sorry, we don’t have it” and make you something you didn’t order or ask if you want something else. No money back. Just disappointment.
If I could avoid every DD in my zip code, I would. The other one is more efficient but the employees are just as passive aggressive and unfriendly.

I would come here regularly & everytime it was a problem. First and foremost, half the people in here speak little to absolutely no English, it honestly confuses me how they’re even employed. they’re all looking at eachother for help. They don’t even know how to put in an order, it takes them forever to fulfill a simple order. Waiting 15+mins in store for a coffee when there are only 2 other customers. They’ve made me run late to work on multiple occasions, simply because they just couldn’t get it right. I decided since they take so long to fulfill in person orders, I’d just order online to save myself the hassle of running late for work once again, needless to say that I get there to pick up my order and it’s nowhere to be found. They tell me they haven’t received the ticket for it. Ended up canceling the online order just for customer service to tell me it would take up to 14 business days for me to receive a refund back to my account. Ridiculous.

Very good service. I love going with my family and experiencing the warmth and vibe that the staff gives us. They are very attentive, friendly, and very patient. They also transmit such a calm vibe that makes me want to go every day.

They need to seriously work on their staff. They totally screwed up my mom’s order full of cream, and when asked to redo. Their response was “that’s the way lattes are, here you go” . We threw the coffee out infront of them, one of the worst services I’ve had at a fast food chain.

Extremely disappointed with the Dunkin located in Rye brook. I placed an order via
Mobile. Took 40 mins for the order to be ready. The entire staff looked disorganized especially the manager. I asked to speak to a manager and got no sympathy for the ongoing issue.

They seem to be more concerned about themselves than actually doing the work. They took my order three times, and each time, they he kept saying for me to wait in between. Towards the end, she still managed to screw up my order. Had to throw out the coffee.

Not from this area but stopped in yesterday while visiting PC around 8:45am. The store is quite busy and seems regular customers because the staff seemed to know everyone. A couple of PC police were there for quite a while sipping coffee and chatting. Coffee was hot & fresh as was the food. Bathrooms were clean. I visit a lot of DD stores in NJ and all down the east coast and this location is now on my best-DDs list!
