Ordered for curbside, when i arrived i waited 15 minutes, after waiting so long i called to see why my food hadn’t been brought out yet, as soon as i called, before they even picked up a man brought my food out, he wasn’t very nice, no hello, no conformation that it was my order, just handed me my order and went back inside, it was very rude. I understand they can get busy but that should be no excuse to be rude.

I went to order a platter of sandwiches for a party I had. And a man named Samuel was incredibly rude to me and had zero customer service. I kept asking him to help me order to see what kind of platters he had and he was rude and kept walking away from me. Then he would come back and ask if I’m ready yet! And I said no because you’re not helping me order this platter. Just terrible customer service and so rude. Ended up not even ordering. Then I went back a different day and Georgina was incredibly sweet and helpful once I told her what happened to me. Thanks to Georgina I ordered a lovely platter. However, I will never come back as long as Samuel is still working there.

I should not have to wait on the order of the guy who walked in the same time as I did to be made while my online order that I placed 30+ minutes before hasn’t even been started. I arrived more than 10 minutes after my order was supposed be ready. On top of that, I’ve never seen someone work as slowly as the man in there today. Finally leaving now, 45 minutes after submitting my order on the mobile app.

Everytime we go to this location the bathrooms are locked and it’s the same dude working. We went in today and supposedly they don’t have the keys to the bathroom anymore they got lost it’s very annoying when you are on long car ride and trying to make a stop to grab some food and go potty and not have to make a completely separate stop. Also the guy that works there always seems annoyed when having to get up from sitting in the back to service people.

Terrible service. I understand the young man working the counter was by himself but I placed an order at 6pm for pick up at 620. I showed up at 6:25 and I didn’t get my food until 7:10pm. MULTIPLE other customers came and ordered before my food was even started. I would’ve much rather gotten a refund than the food at that point. It’s ridiculous. And to top it off half my order was wrong!! What a joke of a location.

My server was super patient with me as I was having trouble deciding. He made the sandwich exactly as I asked him too. Zero complaints about service. The bread was a little off today. It fell apart very quickly and made the sandwich very difficult to eat. Also the meet wasn’t as good as it has been in the past. Which is a bummer.

Old bread, old vegetables. I told him I wanted onion but those looked bad. He pushed them to the side and took fresh ones from under. When I got home the bread was hard as a rock.

I mean it’s subway, they may have made a mistake on an order one time but they made it right fast. And honestly, the foods and using the app has always been great. So much better than it may have been years ago. And this one is in Helotes, perfectly placed near the Helotes Hill Country making it super convenient to get my subway fix when I’m craving it. Kudos

This Subway location is disgusting. Both times I’ve been there, it was extremely dirty, they were always out of chips, and the workers seemed high as a kite. They were nice, but they completely mischarged for products.
The first time I visited, the customer in front of me was clearly overcharged. When they pointed it out, the staff adjusted the price to the correct amount.
The second time, I ordered a 6-inch ham and roast beef sandwich, and the cashier tried to charge me $11.99. I questioned how it could be almost $12, and he claimed he had to charge extra for the roast beef. Mind you, I didn’t ask for extra—my sandwich had just two slices of roast beef and two slices of ham.
