When my daughter got her order, chicken chez dipper, she got her food out of the bag & one of the dippers actually fell apart all over. It’s possible that when they heated the dipper- it was not sealed closed- like it normally is. We were .
That was the only surprise we got. We hope it doesn’t happen again.

I ordered online and went to pickup my food. My order wasn’t on the pickup shelf but was instead on the back counter. I got in line to wait and noticed that there was only one employee working who was clearly stressed out and the line just kept getting longer. He did a great job taking care of the line in a timely manner. Once it was my turn I got my food and went back to work. Opened it up and was highly disappointed with my sandwich…
I got the steak and cheese 6”. The bread was stale and crumbly. Barely and filling. I had to open the bread to even make sure there was anything in there. The meat was slimy. Not worth my seven dollars.
I’ll be going to Firehouse Subs down the street from now on. It’s maybe two dollars more but at least I get a real sandwich overflowing with fillings.
Overall, get more staff and check your standards.

I’m very disappointed. We used to think this was the best subway in town, but this experience changed that for us. No matter what subway we go to in town, all our online orders are incorrect. What is supposed to be convenient is turning into a headache. I asked for no mayonnaise and only certain toppings and received a sandwich drowning in mayonnaise and covered in toppings I didn’t ask for. Additionally, our other sandwich had NO cheese and was NOT toasted, even though it was requested to be toasted with cheese.

My opinion of subway is really dropping. It seems that the only way to get a good sandwich is to do it in person. I am not sure why subway has a hard time getting online orders right when the receipt shows what was ordered perfectly.

I realize that now days everybody is having a hard time getting help, our experience was insane. There was a group of us that came in to eat, and the only employee there told us to go to a different Subway, but we stayed, my wife and I ordered the sweet onion teriyaki, watching her make our meal she picked up the right sauce put it down and dumped I don’t know what on instead. The rest of our party had to wait to be served because the employee was filling Door Dash orders ahead of the customers standing there. One of my sisters did an online order while standing in line and the employee filled the order not knowing who ordered it, she got her food 15 minutes ahead of the people in front of her. The people standing right behind us had to wait 30 minutes to be served, some of the group left the store and came back with food faster.

One time I showed up right before they closed because I thought they were open later; I realized they had already put away all their food for the night and decided I would just go to another Subway, but the girl was so nice and got all the food out for me again and made a great sandwich. She didn’t make me feel like I had inconvenienced her at all. Another time I was just walking into Walmart and I saw the worker shutting the subway gate (they had already been closed for a few minutes), and a person ran up to the gate and asked if they could still order. The worker unlocked the gate and let him in, and got all the food out and made him a sandwich. Seriously the most professional way to treat customers. So nice.

Sky made me the best sandwich I’ve ever gotten from Subway. I go to lots of different subways often. Very professional and knew how to make a dang good sandwich. This will be my new go-to lunch location. Thanks Sky for the great experience!

The quality of food was one star but the quality of entertainment was a 5/5. The lady who made my sandwich was so high with a response time equivalent to Steven Hawkins running a hurdle race. The sandwich took twice as long to make as it should but that time was filled with muffled laughs when she tried to squirt the suave out of a bottle that she was holding upside down multiple times with a firm shake of the bottle between each attempt. Which was then followed by a wildly unsuccessful wrapping attempt. To put it simply it was my worst while also my best subway visit. I don’t know if the girl deserves some form of punishment or a raise.

Went to Subway in the north Walmart. They seem like they hate their jobs. I got 3 sandwiches, two 6in and 1 footlong. The blonde hair boy working only put 3 pieces of meat on one of the 6in, 4 on the other 6in, and 6 pieces of meat on the foot long. I asked for more meat and he said it would cost me extra. I worked at subway for a long time so knowing that they are supposed to put 6 pieces of meat on the 6in and 12 on the footlong and for the price we pay is really frustrating. He also was really skimpy on the veggies and didn’t cut the footlong in half like required. I was the only customer there with 2 staff. I don’t know if the kid was new or poorly trained but just the not welcoming attitudes from both staff had alone was enough to remind me why I never go to this subway location. I’m giving it a 2 star because at least store was clean. He keep his gloves on while using register sure hope this gloves were clean new gloves before making my sandwich.

Abandoned the customer to go flirt with some girls and exchanged information while the other employee who finished flirting tried to complete our order.

The “hot food” was cold and the sandwich artist was just really terrible 2/10
