A bit hard to find but very worth it. It’s inside the gas station, but it doesn’t feel like a gas station at all – in fact it’s one of the coziest atmospheres I’ve seen in Minot (see pic!). The food is savory and delicious. The arepas are tasty, filling and the staff is very friendly and caring. Brought my parents and it was their first time having Arepas and they loved it as well. Our favorite was the Arepa De Pabellón (with sweet plantains). The second time around we had the Empanadas – which had a slightly sweet dough and my family loved them. The agua frescas were delicious as well. I feel very fortunate that Minot has this place – and I really hope it thrives here so we can enjoy it for years to come.

The guacamole arepa was delicious! The avocado was incredibly fresh and all the sauces went well with the arepa. It’s great to have made to order fresh food in a convenient location.
