Nice atmosphere – but despite little traffic, I had to wait long for my espresso.
8:00 am
First time at this one. I usually go to the one on the other side of the freeway but this location was just near my hotel.
I noticed the store was not clean in the dining area but the accessory / trash receptacle area was stocked.
The cashier was nice. Transactional, but nice. My drink tasted fine and it was made promptly. The staff seemed focused on getting their orders completed and the atmosphere was pleasant.
I do think I’d rather go to the other location though. Even though its parking lot is smaller and more hectic…it just seems better.
The barista experience itself was polite, but I left confused after being told that bakery items—specifically banana nut bread—can no longer be given to customers in the original plastic bag due to “nutritional value” reasons. Once the item is removed from the bag, there is no nutritional information provided, so the explanation didn’t quite add up.
I contacted Starbucks Customer Care to ask a very straightforward question: Is this a company-wide or statewide policy? Unfortunately, after multiple emails, I never received a clear answer. The responses were courteous but generic, and I was ultimately advised to ask the barista or store manager—essentially circling back to the same source that provided the unclear explanation.
I’m leaving three stars because the staff was courteous, but clearer communication and consistent policy explanations would significantly improve the customer experience.
I just went there to grab a coffee when I back to my car I just saw a message on my coffee cup. I’m so sad and nervous in these days because of the war between my beautiful country, Iran and Israeli and I can say this message changed my mood.
Thank you ❤️
