Visited this food truck for the first time today. Ordered the Banh Mi sandwich. It was very delicious. One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had and the fries were crispy & tasty. Can’t wait to go back and try out more of the menu.

The food here is AMAZING. Nate is a local, and really knows how to keep that community hometown type of feel in both the cooking and interaction. Him and Cassie have perfected the menu and are always adding new flavors! I would consider this type of food as a southern twist on American hood classics not to mention he knows how to really shred up some tacos ! LOVE LOVE LOVE this truck, i cant wait to hire him to do catering at my next promo event, the prices are fair and well worth the value of what you get. Highly recommended!

All the food at Next Wave is absolutely mouth watering. Everything is fresh and tastes like grandma just walked it out of the kitchen. Nate is a great down to earth guy who will have a conversation with anyone who will listen. Best thing to try is his Peanut butter and Jelly Cheese burger. Hit the spot, delicious. Got 6pc Pineapple Express wings and 1 chicken taco fully loaded. Chicken was juicy and fresh with spicy sauce. Nathan, the owner, provides a great service and is a kind soul. ✨

Once in a while this food truck has a catering gig, so it won’t be there at the posted times, but most of the days and times he’s around. Highly recommended!

These were the best Parmesan Truffle fries I have ever had, maybe even best fries ever. They were thin, crispy perfectly Parmesaned and not too much truffle where it overwhelms and becomes too much. Can’t wait to go back and try more stuff!

Let me tell ya’ll real quick. These wings are the definition of perfection. This man has his sauces down to a science and actually knows how to cook wings so that they’re crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I got the everything and 1738 flavors and they were so flavorful and delicious. I can’t wait to go back and try the rest of his menu.
