Truly one of the best Xian noodle places I’ve been- so authentic and affordable with truly generous portions. The aunties working there are so sweet and attentive even when we came less than an hour before closing. We got 6 dishes- two biang bianf style noodles, one liang pi, one potato salad, one crispy chicken, and one pao mo – this fed all 5 of us with leftovers and guess what?? the bill was exactly $100 with tip — that’s $20 per person! that hasn’t happened in years!
All that to say, I highly recommend this place – esp for the crispy chicken and pao mo, traditional Xi’an delights! can’t wait to come again!

One of the best places to get Biang Biang noodles. Biang refers to the sound of the noodles as it is being stretched and slapped onto the table. The noodles have a good chewy texture.
I also recommend getting the cumin lamb bun burger. The spice is a sichuan pepper spice and the bun adds a little bit of a crunch.
The owner is also the chef there

The 3 flavor noodles were so chewy and fresh and deeply savory and balanced. The Liang pi was bright and vinegary and refreshing. Definitely coming here again!

Superb noodles with great value. The food here is authentic and very tasty. The biang biang noodles are very thick and chewy, and come in a humongous bowl. They have a large selection of different noodles and other dishes. The interior is clean and staff very friendly.

Good stuff, lots of variety. Noodles were of course good, I got the tomato and eggs soup because that what my dad always got, and the three topping noodles. No complaints. Green beans were good too. My buddy I went with used to come here a lot pre pandemic and he says it’s not as good. Even so, I was happy, and want to try other dishes on the menu, so I’ll be back.

Got their namesake. Normally not a fat noodles kinda’ guy, but they do serve a purpose in soaking up oils. Taste-wise it’s not bad! Their chilli oil I think is home made, but tends to be on the much more bitter side. Still not bad! Really nice decor.

Happy to discover this hidden gem and hope to be back! In an area well-known for Chinese food, Xi An Biang Biang Noodles lives up to the hype. Their head chef is from a well-known region in China. All the noodles are fresh-pulled. Every dish we tried was packed with flavor! You probably can’t go wrong with the menu. Split family style, it was a deliciously filling and decently priced meal. Staff is friendly and service is excellent. Highly recommend.

The Biang biang noodles were very good, perfect texture, not soggy or too soft. Also had the braised beef noodle soup and the beef was so perfectly tender. We will definitely be back to try other items on the menu!

Authentic flavors throughout the extensive menu at this restaurant. Nice atmosphere inside yet still casual and comfortable. The people here are very nice. Definitely recommended the Three Toppings Spicy Noodle with Pepper Oil.
