The food quality is very poor at this location. What you’ll receive is overcooked pizza that looks nothing like their depicted pictures. They also fail to communicate properly.

This is my local blackjacks location and usually it’s OK. However, this is twice now that I got pizza here where the dough was raw and undercooked. I don’t know what’s going on with that. I don’t know if they’re just rushing through cause they’re busy, but that really sucks because I know that it definitely can be really good pizza but the times that it’s raw really sucks.

Recently, I found what appears to be half a blue tablet baked into my pizza. I tried to pull it out to get a better look at what it was, but it is baked into the cheese. If anyone at the store knows what this could be, feel free to leave a reply!

UPDATE MY FAITH IS RENEWED!! THE GM DUSTY (sorry if spelled wrong) phoned this afternoon. The level of professionalism was outstanding. There was an honest glitch in communication between my phone call yesterday which I was reassured would be handled. Since we do love BJ, we’re gonna give them another try!! Thanks
UPDATE, SO I CALLED TODAY 1/25/2022 AS ALL THAT CAN READ SAW THE REVIEW ASKING ME TO. I EXPLAINED REASON FOR MY CALL AND “KELLY” DIDN’T KNOW WHAT HE COULD DO FOR ME. THIS PHONE NUMBER SHOWED ORDER FROM SEPTEMBER, WELL SOME OF US HAVE A PARTNER/MARRIED AND WE USE THEIR NUMBER… ANYHOW HE DIDN’T OFFER TO GET MANAGER OR TRY TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION. HE WILL PAST IT ALONG, MIND YOU WITHOUT ASKING MY NAME, OTHER PHONE NUMBER, ANYTHING… WAY TO GO YOU ALL TO GIVE A CHANCE TO FIX THIS…. I HAD FAITH…. KEY WORD HAD!!!!
Unbelievable amount of grease. Just dripping… a flat Calzone that looks big, however looks are deceiving because the calzone is flat and hardly filled….upset tummy now… guess I go back to Godfathers for their Calzones.

Sad to leave this bad review at this location cause they usually do great…..But…. This is highly unacceptable this is how our pizza was delivered iced cold and looked like it was tossed out of frustration from an employee and oh yeah over two hours late. My wife ordered our pizza at a decent time 7:56p after being told via email it could take 60 mins for delivery which is fine and I understand with it being a weekend we might have to wait a bit but two hours?? There was no communication to let us know there were running late or there was a mixup it wasn’t until I called to see what was going on. When I called it was still confusion on what was going on by this time it’s 9:30P 30 minutes before they close. The driver still didn’t make it to our door I had to track him down in our parking lot before he took it to the wrong place. Mind you I’m dealing with a cold not feeling good and it’s 18 degrees outside and that’s the last place I wanna be at. I wouldn’t have been as mad if 1 they called to reassure that it was coming to the right place after two hours and when they still couldn’t find it, there was still no call?? Lesson learned tonight I will just pickup for now on or maybe just take a break from blackjack for a while….
