Pendy’s is a wonderful restaurant in the Grosse Pointe community. Our waiter was really friendly and made us feel right at home. I had the french onion soup and osso buco ravioli. Both were delicious! Make sure to stop at Pendy’s on your next date night!

Very impressed with the change! The new pink decor and uniforms are trendy and welcoming! Our server was more than attentive and answered all questions without bother. The mushroom pasta was the perfect blend of creamy goodness and bold mushroom taste. Not too rich and cooked perfectly. If you are a mushroom lover, highly recommend. Their prime rib was better than Mr. Pauls! The butter they served with the warm bread was deliciously whipped to perfection. We will definitely be back!

I think my expectations were higher because of prior reviews. This was our 1st time here and it was our anniversary. Our server Micheal was fabulous. The dinner was okay. We ordered the bacon starter, it was tasty but I found a long hair on mine. I did not complain it’s not my style, I took it off and moved on. I ordered the NY strip steak with herbs and butter. It was cooked properly (medium) and had a good flavor, however for the price I don’t expect that much grisle (not marbled fat) but unedible grisle. My husband’s steak was not cooked properly he ordered the filet medium and it was rare. He also had to leave quite a bit un eaten bc it was too rare for his taste. We do not usually send items back to kitchen once we receive them because we like to eat together and that changes the dynamic of the dinner. The mashed potatoes could use some seasoning. My whiskey sour was okay, my husband’s beer was cold and the extra cold glass was nice but the limes were brown and cleary not fresh. Let me say, I think due to the price point and location I expected higher quality. It’s a place I’ve been to now and have no strong desire to return. If someone suggested it for a meeting place I would go back but the most memorable thing was the great service from our server. The atmosphere is dark and old school, definitely could use an update. The picture of the grisle is only from half of my NY strip because I took the other half home. You know if you follow me I can be harsh but will give credit where credit is due.

Second time here and somehow it was even better than my first experience. The service is always excellent and you can tell they all really care. Sit at the bar and Sarah the bartender will take great care of you. Nick the manager makes you feel like family!
We ordered the mussels and the presentation will blow you away. Never seen anything like it. The prime rib was cooked to perfection. I’m stuffed and already planning my next meal here!

This was our first visit to Pendy’s since they have opened. We were immediately greeted with a warm smile and welcomed. We had a larger party and our table was already prepared and waiting for us. Our server was very helpful in making suggestions and answering questions. Our food was cooked to perfection and everything was delightful. Our group left happy and well fed. One thing that would be a nice addition or amendment to the menu would be some vegan items or options as one of our attendees was vegan. Outside of that, we will be returning. Thank you for a great evening.

Service was subpar. Waiter forgot to bring the wine, food didn’t come as ordered (salad was missing the chicken and dressing, entree came with potatoes when we had requested no potatoes and extra vegetables)
The food itself was ok, nothing over the top. Fish entree was very small, half the size of what you get in other places.
The atmosphere, decor and music were good, although that’s not the most important in a restaurant.

Saw a pictured posted online of their Halibut and Lobster Ravioli, had to come try it ourselves. All 3 of us ordered it and it was wonderful! Came with a great side salad or tomato soup. The bread basket was even top notch. Service was fantastic & loved the pink vibe! We will be back ☺️

Wow. Pendy’s happy hour does NOT disappoint!! 5 PM – 8 PM — get. in. here!!
$8 for perfectly cooked sliders, juicy with crispy buns.
$8 for soft-as-silk deviled eggs that melt in your mouth.
$2 off cocktails that are beautifully done.
And the menu goes on. You deserve this after a long day.

Worth every penny! I had such a good experience here—from the food, servers and atmosphere, everything was well thought out and aesthetically pleasing. The sirloin sandwich and the mushroom pasta were so yummy. Compliments to the chef!

Excellent dinner on a Sunday evening.
