I ordered the cherry chai latte with oat milk and no ice, but for some reason I was up charged $1 just because I asked for no ice. I’ve always ordered my drinks with no ice because I have sensitive teeth and I’ve never been up charged before. The lady at the register also had a poor attitude but the stars I did give is for the lovely guy making the drinks. He was very kind and very efficient. She also said they couldn’t scan for points which I’ve also never had as an issue before but that was just weird.

These guys have always treated me very well. The current senior manager, Storm, is very friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever they’re out of ingredients, they offer an alternative that they know I’ll like. Even though this location is just a kiosk and not a full blown store; they do the very best with what they have.

I stopped by in the morning before work. I wasn’t told that my coffee was ready so I sat waiting for 10 minutes without anyone asking if I was taken care of. I had higher expectations but it would have something to do with me not going to Starbucks often at all. My order was correct and delicious.

Every time I order the same exact drink yet each time the drink tastes different and the price varies. A coconut latte is coconut milk and coffee. Not nasty vanilla syrup. Definitely giving up and not going back

So at 930 this morning I stopped by for a Chia Tea Latte with Soy…the guy pulled out the 2% milk and poured it in the cup to heat. I reminded him it was Soy. No big deal until he carefully pulled the the milk back into the milk jug. I’m all about not wasting but I’m more concerned about contamination.

Always out of ingredients for drinks. With the exception of 1 male employee who has been there a while & one female, staff is comprised of obnoxious teenagers. Which is great, if you enjoy the eyerolling & attitude. This store is part of Ingles grocery store & I’m given to understand that it operates a bit differently than regular corporate stores.
I go to Starbucks for consistency. But different shifts make the same drink differently & I’ve learned that certain drinks mean I need to visit at certain times. For example, if I want a flat white, I go when the older employees are working because I get a flat white & not an overly sweetened latte. For some reason, chai is better in the evenings…

It’s inside an INGLES Grocery Store. They do NOT deliver and have limited breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. However, Coffee ☕ and Tea items are numerous and delicious as ever at any STARBUCKS.

Starbucks is way overpriced and I will not ever do business with them over again I’ve been treated too badly too many times and they have lost my business forever Dunkin donuts I wish they would come to Asheville in North Carolina and totally take over there’s one in Asheville that is an hour drive from me and I rather drive an hour to Dunkin donuts then 10 minutes to Starbucks
