This used to be a good place but it went downhill. On my recent visit they made my French dip sandwich with rotten bread and then the old woman staff member just stared at me afterwards for the whole time with a bitchy look when I asked for more cream in my coffee and then a straw to stir it as she put the stir stick on the dirty counter for me to use. I think I’ll rather go to firehouse subs for now on. If you spend $16 on a combo you kind of expect better food and treatment.

Used to love treating my self to Arby’s once and a while just grabbed two single combos for me and my friend. one sandwich had like nothing on it, other was not even close to the pic either, just basically paid 30 dollars for bread and very little cheese or meat. Every time I come seems to be less and less yet the price goes up. Idk if it’s new owners or what the deal is but it’s going down hill fast. I don’t mind paying for a meal but least give me what I paid for.

Absolutely pleasant experience! Great staff and food quality. I’m not kidding it was spot on. I ordered 2 Beef and Cheddar’s and they were perfect with hot crispy fries. The dining room was super clean and bright. Whatever happened in the past has been fixed. Great job!

I have no words. How does anyone training think this is acceptable…. these Montreal smoke meat sliders usually fill the whole bun with jucy meat. But these are absolutely horrible.
Buns are stale and the “meat” shavings are dry…. I’m hoping this is just a temporary thing as they train new hires, but I won’t come back for at least a few months.
If you decide to stop here please don’t expect a lot, other than their amazing curly fries. Those are on point.

Went to the drive through on Friday at lunch time and my wife ordered a Philly cheese sandwich. I ordered a beef dip with extra horsey sauce and got none on my sandwich , which was very dry . She asked for a water instead of pop expecting a bottle of water instead got a paper cup of tap water but was charged for a soda . Will not return…
