We walk past every weekend on our morning bay walk and always think to try but just go back to our regular as we love it and will continue to do.
Unfortunately our experience here was not great we ordered 2 pad thais one crispy pork belly which had 5 tiny piece of pork on top of the dish and tasted like tomato’s. Could barely eat it, was a very rich flavour of tomato paste. The other was chicken, long strips of chicken but was very minimal too.

My wife and I are thai food lovers. We have been to Thailand on numerous occasions mainly just for the food and locals. We have never tried this restaurant before, and the name was the same or similar to a fantastic thai restaurant in Toukley. My wife suggested it on the way home from work, I agreed to give it a try. She was greeted and made the person aware that we are thai food tragic and wanted to be assured the food was good. My wife said “sawadee” the person responded with a thumbs up. I saw the result when she got home, my entrees, mixed entrees, was old looking, soggy pastry with no filling. The chicken wing you wouldn’t buy from a take away and there was burnt looking beef strip’s. It all basically went in the bin. The fried rice was old looking, not a sign of freshness in anything. If you are going to charge decent money for your food, get your act together, because that meal was way below average.

Thai fried rice had no flavour & huge. Cashew nut with squid – squid was rubber, (threw them all out) & had HUGE chunks of veg instead of bite size.

I have ordered from here multiple times and it’s one of the best places to go to get takeout, I ordered delivery and the delivery man was so sweet and the food was still hot. I highly recommend this place if you want to enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner.

Excellent, had the lunch beef Jungle Curry (extra spicy), have eaten a lot of Thai & put it up there with best. It hurt but in good way
Unfortunately had to edit my review after my last experience, Heavenly Beef for $5 was miniscule & the Jungle Curry had no heat
Gave them one last chance, Jungle Curry again, this time, as can be seen on the lid largely inedible due to a ridiculous amount of lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves & peppercorn. I know they are aromaticas but shouldn’t constitute 1/3 of a small meal

We often order takeout from Lilly Thai when we want something fresh with veggies. We always enjoy the green curry and pad thai, historically from other places I found pad thai to be bland but I love the flavour and the combination of chicken and tofu that Lily Thai do, great protein portions. The coconut rice is always perfect too. The delivery has been prompt, easy and always with a friendly greeting.
