This location has unfortunately gone so down hill since it first opened. I use to come to this location at least a couple times a month. I experienced an incident with one of the cooks saying something very disrespectful towards me a couple months ago and decided not to come back. I decided to give them another chance very recently and they served me a burger with a gluten bun when I very explicitly said it needed to be gluten free due to celiac. The cashier got very defensive and rude when I took my order back to have it fixed. I’m honestly just done with Toxic Burger entirely. Eugene Burger Company has a way better tasting burger anyway and their burgers actually come with fries with no extra charge!!!

Surprisingly good. The fries are decent, the burgers are good, and the shakes are crazy good. Very sweet, but the thickness and the creaminess is just right. Definitely one of the best shakes out there.
Been a few times and tried the fries and they’re good, but nothing I’d crave like the burger or the shake. Staff has been patient, friendly, and helpful. Service is quick. The location I went to is always clean and tidy.

Burgers are still compiled with quality ingredients, but due to the super thin patties it takes two or three to equal a modest burger from anywhere else. Fries are super tasty. Boneless Chicken was very rubbery, tough and unpleasant texture.

So far, Ive only had the Halibut, Halibut Sandwich, milkshakes and fries and they were all fantastic. I love that they offer gluten free buns and stuff too!!! I have hashimotos disease and I’m not supposed to have gluten. I break the ruled a lot, but it’s nice to know that they think of people like me!☺️

We got take out the fries we still warm and crispy when we got home. We got an order out the regular and one of the parm fries and they were great. The bacon burger had 3 half strips of bacon. Which took up all of half of the burger. It was a little light on the lettuce also. But it was still good.

Most items are gluten free and safe. They have PLENTY of GF options. We all loved our food and it was very affordable. Most burgers are $7-8. We were so impressed with the food and service.

Just passing through Eugene, Oregon, and wanted to try the local fare. Stopped at Toxic Burger on Willamette. The young man that took our order, Sam, was very nice and had great customer service! The food was excellent also. Definitely recommend.

Food needs just a bit more flavor for me to get 5 stars but friendly staff and generous portions. The fry sauces are pretty good and I was excited to know they have actual sauce that was possible of melting your face off should you choose to do so. Chili was a bit sweet for me but will eat there again to try other burgers as each has its own unique flavor personality.
