The food quality was good. Nothing exemplary to be honest but very eatable food. So I am tempted to give a 4 star for that.
They have a friendly staff and all looked to be super happy people on the premises.
The atmosphere is not a thing that should matter here – they are a food truck but I had witnessed something unusual around the food truck which may not be good with respect to the safety and visiting this place after 9 pm or so.
Overall I was happy visiting them, they can make their food better for sure. Are they the best ? The answer is simply no. They normally charge you a tad bit less than the restaurants.

Plenty of parking in the lot, do enjoy the veg burger combo , we found it very tasty. The food truck is available till late night.

If you’re looking for Hakka type noodles this is not the place … it’s more of homemade type noodles with sauces and plain noodles n some capsicums n dry chicken … definitely not my type of noodles …. Took some 15 min and I’m pretty disappointed… prefer noodles in the momo cook near chandani chowk…
