ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I’m in a hotel and can’t go anywhere so I had to rely on a delivery service (DoorDash) to bring me the food. I ordered the four chicken tender combo (combo being the operant word) with a few extra sauces because chicken tenders are fairly big and one sauce usually isn’t enough. I got the order about a half-hour later and upon opening I discovered that they did not include the fries, which is basically half the food. Also, the chicken tenders were so small that they’re barely bigger than boneless wings. I called the restaurant and requested to speak with the manager but was hung up on. I called back and was eventually connected with him. The manager was dismissive and said it was a DoorDash issue, then told me that his employee said she put the fries in the box, essentially implying I was lying! Well, glad we got to the bottom of that! I’ve attached a picture of the order. I sure don’t see any fries there, but what do I know? Hey, at least they gave me my extra sauce for those MASSIVE chicken tenders! /sarcasm

So basically, I didn’t get the one thing nearly impossible to screw up, my fries, and was left with four small pieces of chicken rubber. Gross. I threw them in the trash and ordered from another place. I’d advise you do the same, especially if you’re using a delivery service!

I ordered 16 wing and fry meal. It took over an hour to arrive (uber lamness). When I finally got my meal the fries were cold and a mussy mess. Ordered two flavors of wings, only got one. Comes with two dipping sauces, both were watery and the ranch was less than half full. I would have rated it a negative one stars but there was no option for that.

Worst wings I ever had. We bought a variety of different kinds of Sauced wings and was extremely disappointed with the work ethic. Half of the wings had the tiniest bit of sauce. The other half had no sauce. All were plain! Some had raw centers. They didn’t even give me the slice of chocolate cake I ordered. Avoid this place if I were you….i did the delivery option.

Service is sporadic, usually great only at less busy times. Last time we went on Black Friday and it was just two of us. We were there almost two hours and over an hour of that was waiting for food. I still tipped well and left happy since we both brought a book.

08/2023 Okay, so we went to Chili’s this afternoon. I am really shocked at the prices. Chili’s used to be an affordable place to go
We can afford it just fine, but maybe I’m just frugal, but in the last couple of months, they increased their price by over $5 for one entree. Now their nickel and diming over an extra sauce
The red salsa used to taste fresh, and now it tastes and smells like throw up… to put it mildly
I was not happy to see a few tables weren’t even wiped down (including ours), and the tables were sticky and booths dirty (including ours)
This will now be a hard pass for us from now on guaranteed!!

WORST WINGS IN TOWN BY FAR ! extremely disappointed, I did the order for pick up,got there waited for 15mins for my food. I got the bone in with garlic parmesan and my husband got boneless , I had no sauce on my wings and they were smoked, I didn’t order them to be smoked. My husband only had 7 boneless wings when he ordered 11 and their was no sauce on them either. Absolutely terrible. This place doesn’t ever deserve 1 star.

It was just terrible I’m from Atlanta GA and I know good wings when I see good wings and this place here needs to be ashamed of themselves. Wings was not done and they didn’t have any sauce really on them and the fries were cold on top of that…. The wings were little… I will never comeback here again!!

Very disappointed with my order. Didn’t receive right amount of wings and the flavor was also wrong. They could have definitely been cooked longer and I was hardly given any fries.

Service was fantastic, however there was only 1 menu for the entire restaurant. There are many people like me that don’t have the ability to scan the on line menu. If this is going to be the future practice I and many other people will be dinning elsewhere..
