This place is truly a hidden gem in Carroll County! I am not a coffee drinker, BUT their coffee menu was so impressive! Their food was excellent and quick, much better than grabbing “fast food.” To my surprise, there is an adorable iced cream shop attached to the cafe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. At first, when you walk in, it has the “cute cozy coffee shop” vibe, but then there is this beautiful family-friendly ice cream bar with plenty of windows and sunlight. You sit and relax, or sit and work… Millstone Grind and Cafe is absolutely the perfect hidden spot!

Absolutely fell in love with this place. The breakfasts are truly delicious — fresh, filling, and thoughtfully prepared. The coffee is excellent, rich, and aromatic, the kind that makes you want to come back. The pizza deserves special mention: thin crust, high-quality ingredients, and perfectly balanced flavors. Cozy atmosphere, very friendly staff, and attentive service. Definitely one of my favorite spots and a place I highly recommend.

Our first time eating here, but we will definitely be back. The burgers and fries we’re delicious, and the side salad was one of the best I’ve ever had. The ice cream for dessert was top notch. Atmosphere is very nice, and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Such an awesome local spot! My kids love going here and trying all the delicious ice creams. My favorite sandwich is definitely the Italian. It is massive and has the best blend of flavors. The cheese pizza is amazing also. And their salad is the best I’ve had in Carrollton!

Man am I glad I found it!
Food was amazing, I ordered a BLT and found out they have specialty bacon which I’ve never seen before, (side note, the Cajun bacon is where it’s at!)
Looking for more after you’ve enjoyed your cup of coffee and your food? They’ve also got an ice cream parlor! As if they weren’t already the best around!
Had a great conversation with the owner Andrew and I don’t know many people as down to earth and kind as him!
If you’ve been thinking about visiting here, or you find it purely by chance.. do yourself a favor and stop in, trust me, you will not regret it!!

Cute little eatery outside of Carrollton OH. Every try has been superb so far! 4Cheese pizza that was done all the way and robust tomato sauce. Fresh and crisp salad and toppings!
My second try was chicken salad croissant! It’s a gamble sometimes but this was perfect to me. Not too sour and not too sweet. Perfect smooth blend. With crispy diced celery and a bed of crispy leaf lettuce. The croissant was as big as my face so plenty to eat. I didn’t even need a side. They have a side room with Hershey’s Ice cream I have yet to try. Good thing I come through often! I would have the Atmosphere a ⭐⭐⭐⭐ because we sat outside with semi trucks screaming down the State route. But this isn’t reflective upon the business at all .

Couldn’t be happier with this place. My family loved everything from the food, to the amazing flavored bacon strips, to the ice cream and cookie desserts. Great people running it with friendly family owners. We live 4 hours from here, but anytime we come this direction again to camp, this is a must stop.
