The young lady “Daisy” needs to improve her customer service skills. Pulled up to the window and she handed me the drink without saying a word. I had already paid through the app but a simple have a good day or thank you is the bare minimum. I also noticed her finger nails were dirty, not sanitary.

I am in Arkansas attending training next to this location. I have visited the past three days in a row and the service has been the same. No greeting and delayed service. Each day, the barista makes the drink (incorrect order of ingredients-this matters) and then sets it on the bar where I have to wait an additional 2-3 minutes before it is handed out the window.

Oh goodness, this location… this one, along with the other Starbucks location in Pleasant Grove, Rogers, have employees who simply can not be bothered to assist customers. And when they do help, they have been astonishingly rude. For this location specifically, I walked up the window and was ignored for a few minutes by the morning employee, I believe she was a female manager. She was annoyed when I simply asked if the cake pop was in the bag with the drinks, like Heaven forbid I ask and assure I have everything before leaving.

I love this location so much. They are always fast and efficient. THe employees are kind without making it awkward. I have had dine in and drive through and take out. And each time it’s a good time. The coffee always hits. If you don’t have their app and rewards points program you should. Thank you starbucks!

My only complaint was they need to read the whole order tickets BEFORE they make the drink.
Last time I was here. I ordered a toasted vanilla Shaken espresso with WHOLE MILK NOT OAT MILK. I said it just like that, the ticket read that, as did the screen. Great right? Nah, they put Oat milk anyways. Man, kick to the gut when you bought $28 in drinks.
Otherwise this place is fine.

I really like this new Lowell location Starbucks! I live pretty close and my boyfriend and I stop by here all the time! It’s drive thru only, but I don’t mind. We do mobile orders and they are always super fast. Some days the coffee is better than others, it’s kind of hit or miss. But we still go regularly lol. We go to two different ones pretty often and this location is definely faster than the pleasant grove. And employees are much nicer

Besides the fact that the sausage and cheddar sandwich is always frozen and I have to pick something else from the menu, this is a great location. The coffee is great and the employees are very friendly. It’s nice that they chat with you while you wait. Good customer service.

I was originally super excited to have a Starbucks so close, but this ones service takes away all the of allure of a good location. I’ve had an issue 75% of the time I went there. Most orders are made wrong – or the staff refuses to scan the app or provide a receipt. The staff isn’t apologetic they just laugh and look at you like take the wrong thing anyway. No Ma’am – your going to remake it correctly like any other location would do without hesitating. After the 3rd time of this stupidity I thought I’d leave a review. DRIVE TO ROGERS OR SPRINGDALE – this location is a waste of time.
