Both items ice cold and sloppy. They were rushing and only had two people so the person at the main counter was panicking and rushing through my order. I got a bowl and a burrito. Went too fast and put something I didn’t ask for on the bowl. Then forgot the wrap was in the toaster and stuffed the burrito in a crispy tortilla. Half wrapped it. It tore and broke in the bag. And was cold to the touch. I had to hurry because my break was almost over but my boyfriend was very disappointed in his burrito and had to eat it with a fork. If we get sick tonight I know exactly why.

I ordered a carnitas bowl with brisket for pick up at Noon. I got there at Noon and got back to work about 15 minutes later and took a bite. The pork was cold and dry. Not like it was hot and cooled off. Cold like it just came out of the refrigerator. I dig under and the rice is also refrigeration cold. You can see in the photos after being sealed for 15 minutes in the to-go container the cheese isn’t slightly melted. Plus, that was about the only piece of pork in the container.
At least they were generous with the room temp brisket and beans. I understand adding the cold toppings will chill the bowl and it was at least 15 minutes after they prepared it if not longer but shouldn’t the cheese have at least melted from the warmth of the rice, beans, and meat then chilled and solidify again? How is this possible?
I tossed it because I seriously question their food handling protocol. This was my first time here (and my first 1 star review?). Never coming back.

Came to this location multiple times and service always takes a long time. The most recent experience was at 2 o’clock on a Monday. This location was out of all meats and told me it would be 15 minutes minimum before they would be done cooking, or I could order online and it might be faster? Not sure how that works.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to this location. I had to wait over 20 minutes just for chicken to be ready, which was frustrating and unexpected. When I finally got to order my burrito, they only added about 7–8 small pieces of chicken. When I asked for a little more, I was told I’d be charged extra—which didn’t feel fair given how little they gave me to begin with. I also asked for just a small amount of guac, but what I received was way overboard, as you can see in the pictures. On top of that, the burrito was wrapped so poorly it was falling apart. The worst part was how rude the staff were during the whole interaction. This experience was far below what I’ve come to expect from this location.

We ordered Uber eats and was gonna do a pick up and after we checked out, we realized it was this newest chipotle. And after reading the reviews and seeing the overall star count, I was nervous. I thought I would have to be writing a negative review. But as you can see by my star count as a five, it was not negative at all. I walked in and The order wasn’t on the shelf, so I asked a worker and they got it to me ASAP. The lady at the refill station was super helpful as well when I asked her a question and not rude at all. Checked our food everything was there, and this was honestly the best chipotle I have ever eaten at and that says something.I went on a Tuesday night around 7:30 PM.

So this is my very first time going into this restaurant, my niece said it was really good healthy food. Who doesn’t wanna try healthy food. Well after this experience I’d rather get fatter and eat a chicken fried steak. The service was absolutely horrible. I really didn’t even get to see what they had to offer because the service girl was literally rushing me. I ended up getting a bowl of Lord knows what, I was so traumatized that she was rushing me to choose real quick. I really didn’t enjoy my food because I was so applaud by the entire incident. Needless to say I will NOT be returning.

Waited for chicken to be cooked behind about 5 people about 10 minutes. Been here multiple times no problems before today food was so cold grilled veggies were colder than guacamole. Meat turned cold I work .2 miles away from this location. Disappointed for the price you pay.

Felt not welcome to dine in it was 9 pm and all the chairs were stacked on the tables horrible service they just throw all the food in the bowl looking all nasty and sloppy, this is the second time we dine in here and all the chairs are on the tables and employees are rude, we’ll be driving to Kyle from now to eat chipotle this location is not worth it!
