NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. They only have 1 teenager working alone. They wings are old and they never have blue cheese and don’t tell you. They stole my money and never gave it back after I paid for things they didn’t have. I complained to the store and filed a complaint with their corporate office. Next I’m contacting Walmart who is their landlord to report them. This place sucks. Low quality food horrible customer service. No staff. No accountability. I hope they close this place down for all the health code violations I saw qhen I was there.

The business needs to update the information on Google to reflect that they DO NOT have a drive thru!! This location is inside of a Walmart, however it currently lists it as having a drive thru- which is super misleading for those who specifically looking for drive-thru locations. I ordered a regular Philly cheesesteak with extra bell peppers, onions & mushrooms with a combo that included regular fries and a peach/strawberry lemonade. The food was average, I wish the fries were a little on the crispier side but nonetheless the food was average, nothing to rave about. The restaurant itself was in need a dire cleaning (see pictures) throughout the restaurant. Customers should not be subjected to the amount of uncleanliness that I saw during my visit. I definitely think the staff need to do frequent cleanings throughout the day. It was not busy during my visit so I’m unsure of why it was so filthy.

I been to this location multiple times. Something is not working every visit. I have an experience were they said they are closed even though the sign says they are opened later. We went to this location this weekend. Ice cream machine is not working. Icee machine is not functioning. There is water leaking from the ceiling by the toy machine area. Food is good but there can much more improvement.

I had a problem with my food & I was debating to let them know, because I didn’t want to be ‘that customer,’ but I’m glad I did. They fixed the issue & remade me a new one. I love that the bread is soft & not chewy or hard. I never had pickle on a Philly cheesesteak but oddly enough, it went well together. My cheesesteak had plenty of meat and wasn’t over seasoned. I also went ahead and downloaded the app, since you’re able to accumulate points for a reward. This was my 1st time here, definitely will be back.

Heavy set white lady with glasses in the front was extremely rude and has a distasteful attitude. Roaches everywhere in the dining room, in my food yet they have an A rating. Over priced mess. This place shouldn’t be open.

Good customer service, meal was fresh. Over priced for this Philly. 1 slice of thinly sliced cheese. Not cheesy at all. No onions as advertised. 1 mushroom and the bell peppers were NOT grilled. Only heated on the grill. Very much crunchy. I may try again but I’d have to special order.

They got a big sign of 1$ ice cream so we stopped by as placing the order the girl in the back yells the machines makes a weird noise so the girls in the register stays we don’t have any smh while one of the workers comes in uses the ice cream machine n makes him a strawberry smoothie Infront of everyone never again

Good food, but the hours say they should be open until 9 pm. I am here at 7:20 pm on a Wednesday and it is fully closed. I downloaded their app to place an order and this location doesn’t allow orders, nor on their website. It shows up but puts you in a loop when you try to place an order. A lot of room for improvement.
Recommended to call before going to make sure they are open.
Edit: Downgrading from 2 stars to 1 as the “About” section STILL lists that this is a drive-through location despite many reviews from a while back saying it is not. I went there my self and can confirm it does not have a drive through. How hard is it to make a simple correction???
Edit: as of the last few days (October 12, 2024), it seems they’ve been fully closed. Their Google maps profile should reflect that.
