Service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious! I brought my husband for his first time, and we decided to try this location since we were nearby at Michaels. It was new to us, and we were pleasantly surprised.
I really liked the setup of this location — the aesthetic is cool, modern, and inviting. Everything was clean and well maintained, which always makes a difference.
The highlight of our visit was Lynnea. She was truly the star of the show! Her customer service was outstanding. She made us feel so comfortable while taking our order and was incredibly helpful throughout. Having her at the front of the house is definitely a smart choice — she represents the business so well. Keep her!
Overall, it was a great visit. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area.

Very good and tasty ! The seasoning on fries is perfect and I hate fries. The chicken had a good kick to it. The customer service was good and the girl was the sweetest and helped with recommendations.

I had no desire to try this place as I don’t eat fast food barely at all. My husband randomly suggested we get a chicken meal and share it. We ordered the 2 piece chicken tender meal, spiced mild with fries. I don’t know what I was expecting, but it wasn’t this. Chicken was cooked perfectly. The seasoning was bomb. Crinkle fries were looked how we like them and lightly seasoned. The Dave’s sauce was good, but honestly the food didn’t need the sauce…and I’m a condiment girl! I was sincerely pleasantly surprised by the good quality for fast food. I’m already craving more and will be back.

Outstanding food that chicken was sooooo moist and crispy and the hot spice just paired sooo well with everything combined. The shakes are a killer treat after the meal. The customer service was great they hooked me up and really nice people and I’d definitely go again to this location when I’m home.

First of all the food is to die for. Especially the Dave sauce I need to ask for 3 extra packs because I can’t get enough. For me and my dad mild is perfect, the perfect amount of spice without making it unnecessary making it delicious. Also I love the personality of the place they have Southington with blue knights spray painted on the wall making it feel more in tune with the community. Lastly the service was amazing all the staff were happy to help and very welcoming. I love what this place does and hope to see more!

well seasoned crispy chicken and fries, good portion, good price. i got the slider and tender with fries and for someone that only eats halal this was great, alhumdilallah. its certified halal and was very satisfying to eat, very tasty and they didn’t charge for the extra sauce they ask at the end after you pay. love it will be coming back more!
