Welcome to Vitali’s Cafe (VC), a cozy boutique coffee shop where we take pride in crafting our food from scratch with utmost care. We use locally roasted organic coffee beans from Roastery 7, a reputable and distinctive coffee company. Our menu features an array of sweet and savory crepes, made with various grains like wheat, whole KAMUT, spelt, oats, rice, and buckwheat. Our gluten-free crepes are made with a blend of oat and rice flour that gives them a delicious taste. We look forward to having you as our guest soon. Stay tuned for updates from the VC team.

✨ What a hidden gem! ✨ I stopped in while attending a conference and was blown away. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped guide my food choices with such patience . I ended up with a Greek salad that might just be the best I’ve ever had — and that says a lot since I’ve actually been to Greece ! The tuna melt was wrapped in the most delicious homemade bread, and the meal ended perfectly with their sweet cheese samosa — absolutely divine!
10/10 recommend this remarkable café! The décor is adorable and the whole place felt like a peaceful little oasis away from the conference hustle ☕️. So glad the Hyatt has this spot right across from FedEx — a total win!

Seriously delicious food. Had me coming back every day during my stay in Minneapolis. I tried the mixed berries crepe, pastries, and breakfast burrito — all fantastic. Tony and his coworker treated me like family. Don’t miss this spot!

We had a little trouble finding the place (it’s inside the Hyatt regency on the second floor). Other than that, everything was fantastic – really exceeded our expectations! The food was all excellent, the woman staffing the place was helpful, friendly, and pleasant. Service was quick and we enjoyed every minute there! We tried the pizza crepe (not pictured) , Greek crepe, fish taco, cheesecake crepe, and a personal pizza all shared amongst several people.

Travel up the escalator into the eerily quiet and somewhat deserted convention center with a “Backrooms”- type feel and enter Vitale’s, a tiny kosher eatery. I ordered the Eggplant Wrap, which was a large crepe filled with seasoned cooked vegetables and served with a green sauce on the side (I think it was an avocado crema). This was delicious and filling, so I couldn’t even start the huge Greek salad I ordered. I would come back here if I’m ever in Minneapolis again.

Both their kind & impeccable service, not to mention delicious, all clean ingredients, food was a cut above!! Lydia too was most delightful & helpful when taking & filling our orders & we will sure miss her back home!! Thank you for a truly wonderful cuisine experience!!!

Vitali’s Cafe has very tasty choices. This is a hidden gem on the 2nd floor of the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis. The mochas have real cacao, and the honey walnut goat cheese pastry is a spot-on comparison to baklava, with the bonus of being made onsite! Gluten Free, Vegan options available. Plus… it is a certified kosher food establishment in Downtown Minneapolis!

Very tiny shop without much seating.
We stopped in for breakfast hoping to enjoy some crepes. The omelet was very good but is only cheese and veggies.
The crepes are so chewy that we used multiple plastic forks just trying to cut through them. The taste wasn’t great either and they just had a bit of chocolate spread inside with a dusting of powder sugar. For the price, they should at least have a bit of fruit topping.
Proper utensils would also be nice, but the chewy crepe was hardly palatable for 2 of the 3 of us.

I went here twice, and everything I had was great. I had the falafel sandwich, which was a crepe wrap full of soft falafel and delicious vegetables in a curry sauce, and the lox sandwich, which had a beautiful balance of smoked salmon, cream cheese, and capers. Both crepe sandwiches came with unique dipping sauces. The space is pretty small, with only 4 tables, and there is only one staff person taking orders and cooking. The line and wait can be long (I lucked out both times and arrived before anyone else did), but the food is absolutely worth it.
