Came here on a weeknight when the place was slow. We ordered the $8 vanilla and strawberry milkshake that came to around $17. I initially scoffed at the expensive price but presumed since this place markets itself as a gourmet burger joint that everything was going to be top quality. I was thoroughly surprised when I received my $8/milkshakes that were roughly the size of a McDonald’s small beverage. The menu didn’t reveal the size of the milkshake but at $8 or more a piece, one would assume they’d be a typical large 24 ounce or larger. Disappointment sunk in. Got to the car and anxiously had a sip, hoping the taste would be every bit as luxurious as the exorbitant price. The milkshakes were nothing short of AWFUL. They were a runny mess. They were the most BLAND flavorless drink I have ever had. A Lacroix water has more flavor then this. It was terrible..
I was hoping to take my friends here but I’ll pass. The prices and subpar menu aren’t justified and customers should be careful before spending their hard earned money here just because the owner is a movie star.
Frankly, I don’t see how this place is going to survive. There are better mom and pop and even fast food joints that serve better food, better service at a more reasonable price.

I tried it, but the Our burger was disappointing across the board. It was very basic without much meat flavor. Their special sauce was rather bland as well, and the roll was too soft. It got soggy/mushy real quick. The onion strings were pretty good, but some were slightly burnt.

Second time to Wahlburgers, burgers were great, Tots were terrible ate 2 or 3 threw the others in the trash, would never buy the Tots again. Also The fried onions were close to non edible. The Vegas store was nicer. The parking was non existent, you guys should have picked a better location. This place was hidden on some small side street. If this place was on a major street, you could have had a store 4 times larger and it would be packed, instead you picked some tiny hole in the wall with a dozen tables, and there were only two other couples besides us! . I wouldn’t be surprised if this location closes because it doesn’t make any money. Location, Location, Location. Paul,Mark and Donnie why would you sign off on such a terrible location? Please don’t make the same mistake if you open a location in Phoenix, pick a great spot and you will print money!

Burger was good when I went meat was soft a little small. but they don’t come with fries. common Donnie. My wife liked the burger with guacamole she saw that episode when they came up with the idea. so she thought it was good.

Nice little spots on Burlingame avenue. I tried a fish sandwich with the wahl sauce and sweet potato fries as a side. The fish sandwich tasted great. Service was excellent. I would definitely come here again when I visit Burlingame avenue.

A mediocre Burger on a bland white bread bun. All while being subject to loud millennial whoop music. The draft Modelo beer was definitely the best part. Nothing about that experience was relaxing . I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

I hurt my mouth on the chicken it was hard as a rock. Went to say something was told this is how it is. I plan to write to whalburgers customer care and hopefully get a refund. No one at the bar when we arrived. The atmosphere was terrible. I’ve been to the one in Palo Alto a few years back, and it was really good. Idk if it’s location staff mix of both, but I’m super pissed and disappointed. For the price, u can go to Super Duper and get way better quality.

1st time here. Come to the back and place your order. Then have a seat and wait for your name to be called. Food was delicious, and tasted fresh. If you’ve never been here, I highly recommend it.

High traffic area but you can easily find parking at the parking garage on Highland Ave. Free on Sundays/Holidays or $3 all day!
