Great experience at this Subway! The staff were really friendly and kind, especially Asseged, who was really kind and welcoming. The restaurant was very clean, and the food was super fresh and well prepared. You can tell they care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I recently visited and had a great experience! The staff were friendly and efficient, and the whole place was clean and well-kept. I love how customizable the menu is — I was able to build my perfect pizza and sandwich exactly the way I like it.The veggies were fresh, the bread was soft and warm, and the sauces added just the right kick.

This was the only Subway along our way between two events. It located in the middle of the Hampshire Langley Shopping Center with plenty of parking lots. Arrived five minutes after time of promise. There were no open pickup shelves, so picked up two subs from the staff. The Footlong All-Pro Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki in Flatbread had all ingredients ordered.

Honestly, the facility and staff were all just fine. However, the language barrier really caused me to have a bad experience. I got a chicken, bacon, ranch, and instead of confirming, what chicken to use the lady just assumed I wanted the rotisserie, then proceeded to put too many tomatoes, then too much mayo I took one bite and could not do it. I went back and got a little bit of attitude, but they did correct the sandwich so the effort and customer service was there, but it was still a bad experience.

I placed a $96 order just to have the driver call me and tell me that they’re canceling my order. All because they don’t want to do their job and make the sandwiches. I’m a manager in the food service industry for the last 15 years. That is completely unacceptable and disgusting on their part to just cancel someone’s order. I have experience in both fast, casual, and full service. Whoever runs this location should have a nice little chat with their staff. On a side note, I don’t often write reviews. This is legitimately the third review I’ve ever written ever.

Um there was a cockroach on the inside of the sneezeguard/glass and we pointed it out so the employee got a napkin and grabbed the cockroach and squished it and threw it away infront of my mom, sister and me…Yeah we don’t really wanna come back here any more after witnessing that grossness.Mostly because none of the employees seemed bothered by the cockroach being close enough to fall into food.They just kind of ignored my mom’s complaints about it being gross.

Very clean Subway however they have gone downhill with presentation of the subs…they just throw everything on the sandwich in a sloppy way, are very stingy when it comes to meat. I did an All American and the bacon was so tiny and thin and at first they heated it for 10 seconds and it was barely cooked then she cooked it longer to the point where the bacon was burnt and combined with the other piece so it looked like one little burnt strip. It doesn’t matter if it’s two slices of bacon but if the bacon is tiny and burnt, you should add another piece. Then they are playing religious music loud in the store which is not appropriate for any establishment especially a chain restaurant. I will not be coming back to this location

My friend and I ordered buy one footlong get one free..mind she got her and her sister the same sandwich just no olives on one then. They put it on both when it was in her order that she didn’t want it meaning did not select it in one sandwich. So they messed up her order since it was ordered online. She called and employee said they had to be made the same. I got my husband and myself 2 different styles footlong and it’s never been a rule so they didn’t care to correct thr issue at all. I got an chicken sub and an Italian bmt it was not made the same way. Clearly poor management and service. Did not want to correct her issue. Olive leave a tang so she did not eat it
