The service was absolutely fantastic. Super warm and personal. The lady at the counter told us about the special on the burgers, she had some recommendations for items because we had not been to that location before, and honestly, it was just a fantastic experience. The lady who took our order had her arm in a sling and I can’t remember her name. But she was absolutely phenomenal. We were so happy. Zero complaints. And the cheese curds were so good!!

I had an amazing experience coming here. The worker named Degan made it so much better and was absolutely outstanding! He was able to handle everything; cash register, grilling, frying, assembling orders, dishes, and even cleaning, all with impressive efficiency and a great attitude. He’s very clearly a hardworking employee who’s always staying busy. Degan created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly brightened my day. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about his workplace. If I owned this establishment, I’d give him a raise immediately!

Worth the slight distance from the highway! Cynthia was so friendly and great with the kids. The restaurant was clean and food was delicious and quick. We were lucky to find parking with a trailer. Would definitely go back just for the staff.

Best burger at an A&W restaurant ever! Crispy bacon, juice burger, and awesome toppings. And I’ve been to at least 25 different A&Ws. Staff was super friendly as well. Everyone worked great together!

The lovely cashier/griller/fryer/assembly/dishes/cleaner DEGAN KLOTH was so excellent at his job and he’s a really hard worker, always stays busy too! He really made the atmosphere so warming and welcoming and really brightened my day. He was very professional as well and caring about his work place. Man if I owned this establishment I’d give him the manager spot ASAP!

Stopped in for two milkshakes. They were not mixed up at all, and the outside of the cups were both covered in chocolate syrup and melted ice cream. Just kindve gross. A worker said “those are horribly mixed” the lady at the window said “I don’t care” super rude. They tasted fine, just made a big mess.

The only thing I have had an issue with is the glass ½ gallon jug. They would not refill it. I dont know if its refilled at participating A&Ws but they wouldn’t. Everything else was great. Exactly like your friendly neighborhood A&W.

Root beer floats are a must with every meal you get! I must say some days I get way less ice cream then other days, but the food is always hot and fresh. Very sweet staff.
