The only other place I have experienced close to this is Kyuramen in Eagan. The sushi roll selection was great. They have multiple other Japanese specialties in house as well. Got fresh milk honeydew and brown sugar. They both were made perfect and the sweetness compliments all of the salty foods so well. Ramen not skimpy on toppings, the noodles, both udon and soba were springy and delicious. The spicy ramen was not spicy in my opinion. But they have shakers to spice it up at the table. Inviting, clean, professional atmosphere. A 3 minute drive from the West Parking ramp. If you enjoy ramen or Japanese food. Its well worth your stop.

Boba was bouncy and chewy, not mushy or hard. The taro milk tea was delicious & quite sweet. Very clean and inviting! The bathroom is 1 stall and ice cold in winter but well ventilated! We had a great experience. We went on a Friday @ 6:30. They are still in their Soft-Opening stage. Plenty of spacious seating was available. Food was Hot & crispy, when intended. Ramen egg and Charsiu pork must be cooked ahead of time as this was a cooler temp than the noodles & broth. Good char on the pork slices though.
Service was observant & quick to act.
We were finished with our Apps, drinks and entree, bill paid in under 60min.
We were not rushed. Service was just tjat fast. Restaurant was 75% full.
Recommend:
Tako Yaki, Crab Jalapeno, Chicken Karage Charsiu Ramen, Red Curry Ramen and Taro Coconut Milk.

Ichido Ramen looks amazing after the redesign — clean, modern, and welcoming (even the bathrooms are spotless!). My daughter and I loved the Thai teas — I had the Watermelon Passion, and she had the Milk Tea.
We tried the fried chicken and cucumbers to start — both were delicious, especially the honey mayo dip. I had the vegetable ramen (so good, would definitely get again), and my daughter enjoyed the pork rice. We also took home the coconut shrimp roll, which was tasty too.
Great food, friendly service, and a nice atmosphere — a fantastic addition to Rochester. We’ll be back!

Have been here several times now (lunch times) and have had consistently great food and service. It’s amazing to have a dedicated ramen place that has me feeling like I’m back to living in a big city – and I’m just SO happy to have a place with hirata-style buns!! :’) Service has been getting faster, I was out in 45 minutes the most recent time.

The menu offers a wide variety of appetizers, fried rice, ramen, and sushi. We had ramen and they both were wonderful. Mine, pictured in a photo, was kimchi and it was very good — thinly sliced beef, kimchi, bamboo, fish cake, and a nicely spicy broth.
The service was quick, prices are reasonable, and the menu interior is delicious be in a simple , elegant style.
I really like this place and I will be back.
