Went to pick up lunch today for my coworkers and I. There was a small issue where there was bacon on one of the sandwiches. (Coworker can’t eat pork) I called up and they made it right with no issue. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy even issuing a refund. Extremely satisfied with this store. I will definitely return. Thanks you staff

Tonight I went to my local Jersey Mike’s in Mohegan Lake and was pleased with the new change! Lorenzo and Aiken along with the other staff were kind, courteous, and friendly. They had the place packed with customers and took care of ALL OF US! I’m so happy they came here from Yonkers to Mohegan Lake store. Their positive attitude is amazing! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

This location opened yesterday, was still packed today. I ordered a mini Italian sub and regular The Big Kahuna Chicken. The chicken sandwich was very good! I would order again.

I went to the Jersey Mike’s for the first time and asked to try a sample of the tuna fish and they were very accommodating. General manager, Joe had a great smile. I will eat some now and save the rest for later.

Great store. Friendly staff. Food is great much—better than your normal run-of-the-mill fast food outlets.

I ordered the portobello mushroom sub. Very impressed. The sun was fresh and the ingredients top class.

The store is sparkling clean. There was a person who seemed to do nothing but clean.

Had a problem with the coupon. Store owner got back to me and made it right. Seems like great food and customer service are a priority.

I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN TO THIS STORE.

Jersey Mike’s? More like Jersey Yikes. The subs are soggy, the bread tastes like it’s been on life support, and the toppings look like they were fished out of a high school cafeteria trash can.

But the real star of the show? The employee with the nasty mustache. I couldn’t even focus on ordering because I was too distracted trying to figure out if a raccoon had crawled onto his upper lip and died. Watching him make a sandwich was like witnessing a health code violation in real time.

My “fresh” sub was limp, sad, and served with a side of regret.
