Great pastry shop and bubble tea shop. We got mango cream bubble teas and they were sweet and delicious. Price is good and there is a good assortment of savory and sweet pastries. It gets relatively busy but it’s good that it’s within the supermarket plaza.

Stopped at H Mart for my first time and found this small bakery inside which was a pleasant surprise. They have a large variety of elegant bakery items with like a French-Asian feel to it. We grabbed a Thai bubble tea as soon as we got there and thankfully we did because the line got crazy long! The drink was really good although maybe a little overwhelming with boba. After looking around I wanted to grab the matcha croissant or mango cake slice but the line was still too long. So I guess a lot of people really enjoy it. I did really like that they offered not only large cakes but slices of cakes. They also had some really cute cakes like one in the shape of a bear. I can’t wait to go back to try something new, and get another Thai bubble tea!

I ordered a birthday cake on February 16th. When I went to pick it up on February 18th, I was told that my order had been canceled, even though I never canceled it. I checked my credit card and saw that the transaction was still pending. Assuming it was a credit card issue, I paid again using a different card. A few days later, I discovered that both of my credit cards had been charged.

Had a terrible service experience today. I tried to find a corporate or franchise number to elevate my complaint but I guess their is none. I stopped by today 10/16 at around 6pm and ordered a taro bubble tea and pineapple bubble tea. Immediately I got a bad vibe from the start as The cashier girl taking my order was singing inappropriate song lyrics in Spanish as she was taking my order, no greeting or eye contact. Rude. There was a young guy making the drinks. He handed me a gray drink that was clearly not my order and I was about to take a drink out of it when he told me to give it back and he was laughing with the two other girls working. I think his intention was to give me a disgusting drink and he intended for me to leave the store with it but he didn’t realize I had a second drink coming. He handed me both of my drinks and was laughing. No apology or anything. I always come and get bubble tea as it’s my favorite place in westchester. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be returning if that’s the type of staff they are hiring. Just young dumb and inexperienced. They should have a specific number to call and give feedback or complaints. Will be leaving a review on yelp as well and calling the store for a manager in the morning.

I love only feasting my eyes with their baked goods every time we go to Hmart (since the breads are a little pricey). However, we treated ourselves to some mushroom and cheese bread today, which was delicious!
Compared to Cafe Lami in Hmart Yonkers, I prefer the milk teas here because the selection and serving size are greater.

I will start saying the quality of their food is great. I go almost once a week for boba tea with the kid I babysit and once in a while with my daughters. The cakes are so good that I’ve purchase 4 cakes in less than a month since our birthdays are so close so… I got the last cake yesterday and I will say the service and the employees are not always good unfortunately. Yesterday I went to buy a cheesecake since my youngest daughter loves their cheesecakes there were two girls and when I asked if there was any cheesecake available since I couldn’t see anything on sight one of the girls told me with attitude no we don’t have anymore the other one said let me ask inside and she came back with the news that there was more but while I was waiting we talked about the fact that it was for a birthday and their cheesecake looks plain so she suggested to put fruit on the top so she ran to the back and request it for me meanwhile the nasty girl run to the phone and called someone asking how much extra she should charged me for the berries they were going to put on the top so she came to me and said you have to pay $6 for both cheesecakes and I said no I just order one and when I tried to explained she cut me off and said whatever so the other girl(the nice one) tried to also explained to her that the other cheesecake was for them to have it on display and she was like not interested to hear anything so she said you have to pay $3 for the berries they will put on top. I think you could be a little more welcoming with costumers because the nasty girl called someone in a higher position so it doesn’t matter how good your product is if you will treat costumers with so much disrespect.

Tous Les Jours location, and I feel compelled to share it. I ordered a cappuccino, paid for it, and waited patiently for 20 minutes, expecting my drink to be prepared. Only after this lengthy wait was I informed that their espresso machine had been out of order for several hours.
What made this even worse was the complete lack of prior notice or communication about the issue. This is something they should have told me before taking my order. Instead, I wasted 20 minutes of my time waiting for a drink that was never going to be made.
To make matters worse, there was no apology, or make-good offer for the inconvenience. The staff seemed indifferent to the situation, offering no explanation or attempt to make things right. Adding insult to injury, I then had to wait even longer to get my money refunded, which only heightened my frustration.
This wasn’t just bad service—it was a complete failure to meet even the most basic standards of customer care.
While I’ve enjoyed the bakery side of this establishment in the past, I can’t recommend this place after such a frustrating experience.
This never would have happened at the Tous Les Jours in Ktown.
