The food was good but this stupid system put in a $7 tip for them doing there job. Then when I confronted them they said that’s how it works and offered more food. I don’t want more food I want a refund. When I asked nicely if I could get a refund they told me that that couldn’t happen and also that there manager wasn’t there. Also not mention they made me wait in the line to tell them this.

I go here like once a week. I do miss when they’d put the pizza in the oven to re-heat. The little roller rack thing doesn’t heat the older slices enough. Fine for fresh stuff. Breadsticks always fire, Service seems a bit better these days compared to where it went a year or two ago. Ironically the best team seems to be the young (potentially cooked themselves) teen boys they are just having fun slinging pizzas. Hope we keep our Sbarro around here best place for a slice at ANY time of day!

The food is amazing here however when ordering here we did not receive one of our items. We consulted with the cashier and he asked us to pay again. I told my brother to check the receipt and the cashier, Robert that worked at joliet mall, continues to mock me saying “yea go check the receipt go check the receipt” in a mocking voice, rotating his eyes and smirking. I said “excuse me” and he continued to say “what what are u gonna do buddy.” This is absolutely unacceptable considering he forgot OUR food and we politely reminded him just to receive that disrespectfulness. Please hire new workers that treat your customers well!!
