Ordered a chicken flatbread melt with no chipotle and it was added. One bite and not only did it taste spoiled but it immediately had be gasping for air. Driving on the highway choking and coughing up my lungs from the spice. Then the cheesy fiesta potatoes were stale although at the drive thru I asked for them to drop fresh potatoes. So disappointed because of how my stomach now feels is terrible y’all need to do better
I definitely called but what can they possibly do when the damage is done. The manager offered me a replacement or refund but he can’t take this horrible feeling I have from hurling up the food that wasn’t to be made like that in the first place.

The young girl working in the window today at 1pm was so kind and extremely helpful when my order was incorrect. Great customer service. Would come back because of her!!

AFTER NEW REMODEL…Ok so 5 keosk, 2 registers, about 6 people standing in back. Only 1 person a keosk. I had to ask to be wrong up…i dont work here. Limited seating. Handicap table taken up buy i guess worker with looked like school stuff but not there, and 2 others working on tablets maybe app for taco bell. Few days old mens room already dirty n soap almost out. I think he was the manager. No thank you no smiles. Fine but shrink flation on cheese cups. I also asked for something something very simple but he was apearing to be so agervated. I give it 2 moths it will be dirty again n re stafed. Only gave 3 because food seemed fresh. 1 lady was at least wiping tables. Taco you had more than enough people here to use humans to ring up. I dont wanna ring up nor was i trained for it im old. I probably wont be back maybe 1 more time. Shame they were so good years ago. Yes of course to be expected i guess more expensive i think. Unfortunately im sure they dont care no one seems to anymore

Newly constructed location very nice staff was friendly the only downfall is they took KFC out of it but no complaints, instructions were actually followed food portion was much better compared to other locations in the area way better than Wyomissing location thats for sure I highly recommend

Always seems to provide very slow service and usually get one out of ten orders messed up. Double check your order before leaving especially if getting takeout to avoid a return trip to correct their mistake.
Pictures 6/9/25. WHERE’S THE LETTUCE. Cost $1.89 for this so called soft taco. SMH. Ordered 3. All just like this one. Not much to it. I also got a Crunchy taco which actually had some lettuce in it.

This particular Taco Bell is also a KFC restaurant. I love that you can choose one or the other especially if you bring friends and/or family when one wants one or the other. The store was very clean, the service way great, the food was prepared perfectly with no errors and tasted fresh. Plenty of parking space and handicap access. Keep up the great work.
