Terible service.. we ordered cake noodle and asked them to mix the gravy. The lady on the phone was rushing and kept saying ya ya ya.. next.. next .. next. When we brought it home, the noodles were so hard we couldn’t eat it. Spending over $50 to be rushed off the phone and getting my order wrong is just bad business… I’m never coming here again…
edit: We just tried eating the food. The noodles weren’t edible, it was too hard. The egg was over cooked, not fluffy at all. The sweet & sour pork has hard with no flavor. We called to complain and she insisted that people like it hard, even though we asked for them to add the gravy. Then she asked if we can return the food to her… We live in Ewa.. so… we ended up throwing everything away. Very bad service!

I recently visited Jade Dynasty Chinese Restaurant and, unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. While the food was passable, the sweet and sour spare ribs were extremely disappointing—rubbery and overcooked to the point of being almost inedible.
The service, at least in terms of speed, was prompt; our water and food arrived quickly. However, when I politely asked if it was possible to split a dinner plate, the server reacted with an unwarranted level of hostility. Her rude demeanor was jarring, and despite my efforts to be courteous, she didn’t even acknowledge a simple “thank you.” This kind of attitude from staff is detrimental to the business and reflects poorly on the establishment.
If Jade Dynasty wants to retain its customers, management might want to consider re-evaluating their approach to customer service.

I think everyone knows this restaurant will never disappoint. Randomly stumbled across this place 10 years ago and still return almost every week. Food is delicious and quick with a big dinning room you can hold parties in. (I’ve had a graduation party with 20+) The daily specials are also yummy along with their desserts.

Food came out in 10 min intervals and never things that go together. Egg, steam buns, crispy wonton, shrimp w/black bean steam fish. Cold ginger chicken and roas duck didn’t make it out to i asked for the check after an hour. Automatic 15% tip for the 4 of us. I tip for service the family of 20 that got their food before us after walking in 10min after us should tip because I would’ve

We sat near the aquarium, with a very curious coy fish. I enjoyed my lemon chicken and authentic egg fried rice. My husband had the duck variety plate. It was awesome as well. My food portion was plenty. I even had to take a to go box. The location is a basic space in a plaza. But they do have 2 beautiful chandeliers. Ratings are subjective, this isn’t Panda Express. My husband was hesitant due to reading some reviews, but it was a nice surprise! Thank you to Jade Garden for a scrumptious meal!

I recently had fried wonton for the first time in a long time and decided to try this restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience didn’t meet my expectations. I hope to see improvements in the future!

Excellent pei pa tofu, which they called House special tofu, except it wasn’t quite shaped like a pei pa instrument, nicely seasoned and sauced and cooked mapo tofu, good string beans with pork, and excellent bitter melon with pork in black bean. Tender, but slightly dry roast duck. Chinese restaurant-friendly staff (meaning they want to know who you are, where you’re from, what you do, what is your relationship to the woman you came with, and to the last person she came with, etc. “Brusque, friendly-nosey”), somewhat dated interior but functional. Plenty of free parking. A diamond in the rough. I brought the lei for mom! No leaves, so probably from tea bags, tea, which was serviceable. If you know what to order in a Chinese restaurant, the food is quite good. If you are ordering fried stuff with sweet sour sauce or a special deal luncheon plate with x number of choices, of course it will be mediocre. Those are not Chinese food!

Came here for a family gathering after a funeral service. Lots of food- best dish was the birds nest soup and roasted chicken.

Food was pretty good, portions not as before, but times change.
Why the lower scores?
Did not appreciate as many other food establishments are adding an automatic tips on the bill of 15%. That is a lousy way to boister your bill. So IF the service was lousy food substandard what is the customer’s recourse? Not patronize the establishment and review it here. Tips should be earned as I’ve been taught in my food service past in pretty every position in a restaurant and club from BOH to FOH. Sad the some in the industry has to take this route instead of just do your best. I’ve always been a good tipper, if all is outstanding you will get more than 20% of the bill. Just disappointing. Another added to my list of not anymore.

Excellent take out. Service is real Chinese style; NOT American style. You go for excellent food, not service. House chinese noodle is a medium fun w plenty gravy, veggies, water chestnuts, & seafood. Don’t go here & cause a wait at MY local stop for dinner.
