Visited for an anniversary meal after previously eating at the st albans branch and yet again blown away. Food was amazing, tasted very fresh and good portion sizes. Fantastic atmosphere, very personal and cosy, and servers very attentive. Would recommend.

Went on Tuesday 22-07-25.
Easy to book and reserve a table.
We went after 7pm, there is parking nearby just outside the restaurant which is free after 6 pm.
We were immediately welcomed in and given an already set table to be able to immediately browse the menu.
The setting was clean, tidy and warm. I loved the atmosphere and décor, the over hanging lemon tree on the ceiling and Venice printed wall was a nice touch.
We were able to order very quickly, drinks first followed by starters, we went with the Salmon and Calamari which were divine.
For mains we had Linguini with crayfish and spaghetti carbonara. The portions were fairly large so you wont go home hungry, the crayfish linguini was nice but the carbonara could have done with some more flavouring.
For desert it was lemon cheesecake and tiramisu, both of which were lovely, also a shot of espresso coffee to go with.
Price for 2 persons meal of the above with drinking only coca cola for drinks was sub £90. Service was quick, rapid and efficient, I think we were done by 8:15pm.

From the moment we stepped into this charming Italian restaurant, we were met with warm smiles and a cosy, inviting atmosphere. But what truly elevated our lunch was the impeccable service from Valerian and Monika.
Valerian and Monika are an absolute delight – friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without ever being intrusive.
The food was phenomenal – fresh, authentic, and full of flavour—but it was Monika and Valerian who turned a lovely work lunch into something truly memorable. Their teamwork, hospitality, and genuine passion for what they do made all the difference.

Avoid – not even pub food standard
Visited Per Tutti Harpenden expecting a nice meal – instead got:
A so-called “ribeye steak” that was clearly not ribeye (dry, chewy, flavourless). and after loooking online two for £10.00
A chicken dish described with Parma ham, lemon & butter sauce, spinach & garlic – but served with salty bacon, watery sauce, and plain beans dumped on the plate.
Even the bottled lager was warm.
Refused to pay the service charge, later felt unwell, and Per Tutti ignored my complaint. Terrible standards and zero customer care.

I popped in for a late lunch and was welcomed with the same lovely enthusiasm with which the previous manager, Valerian, greeted customers. I have been an enthusiast of 3 Per Tutti restaurants for some 9 years now and wrote a review of this Harpenden one not long ago.This is my second visit under the new manager, Nick. Standards continue apace!
I chose the Risotto Funghi and the New Zealand Rosé, both of which excellent; the Risotto was properly cooked and had that lovely crunchy texture ; the mushrooms were Portobello, Oyster and English Cup. For dessert I chose two scoops of Gelato. – yes ,real Italian ice-cream – Vanilla and Coconut. The meal was delightfully rounded off with a beautiful Espresso.
I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. Do give it a visit, or several! You will not be disappointed.

As we have come to expect from other Per Tutti locations the food was excellent. This was out first visit to the Harpenden restaurant and we were greeted by the amazing staff who were friendly, engaging and attentive to every detail. This was top rate customer service! The great atmosphere and festive decorations aswell all made for a most enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back.

I can’t complain about a THING. It is rare that I have a favourite anything but this restaurant was really chefs kiss! The service was amazing and friendly great conversation. When the food came out.. not a single drop was left on any plate! Due to our conversations and circumstances to how we had gotten to this restaurant we had received limoncello and baileys on the house and it was SUPERB! The desserts were amazing too and plates left CLEAN!! We had carbonara, the prawns and the lasagna which is usually easily disappointing.. but at this establishment it was undeniably great!! We even got a taste on the house of the fantastically homemade tiramisu! 10/10 experience!!!! And that is rare from me. Will be recommending to everyone and will be coming again!

Delicious and good value as the portions are generous. We shared funghi trifolati to start , I had calves liver which was cooked to perfection. My companion had the pollo alla milanese , which they thoroughly enjoyed. They have a great selection of wine and the waiter was happy to recommend wine to go with our food. Go hungry
