VERY disappointed with your false advertisement, in regards to your soup portion! The menu advertises a “bowl” of soup for $6.99, but what was served was no more then 8 oz cup, not a bowl.
Industry standard for a bowl of soup is 10–12 oz, If the portion size is a cup, it should be labeled and priced accordingly. This is False advertisement! Cannot say enough positive about the staff at Jenison Boardwalk! So helpful, suggestive of flavors and truly the best staff! Dealt with Aiden, Spencer and Sara today – made us feel like we were among family! Came for the food, always come back for the service (and amazing food!)

5 stars. The staff went above and beyond for my #13, a simple yet delicious ham, turkey and cheese. Don’t forget your toppings! (The secret is the herb de provance!). Everything was delicious and perfect and they made my day after a rough start. Such a great and friendly crew! Logan, Spencer and Addison made sure everything was correct and that I enjoyed my first experience here. This is an awesome place to eat!

I had an awesome experience at Boardwalk Subs! The food was fresh and delicious, but what really made my visit stand out was the amazing service from Sara. She greeted me with a big smile, helped me pick the perfect sandwich, and made the whole experience feel genuinely welcoming.
It’s rare to find someone who’s both friendly and efficient, but Sara nailed it. You can tell she really cares about the customers and takes pride in her work.

Forget every other sandwich place – these are the best subs I’ve ever eaten. The “rogue” style bread is next level. The service is laid back, friendly, and fast. The eating area is small but clean. 11/10.

Boardwalk is a great place to eat, and our kids love it, but a whole sandwich there is $16-$18. Everyone likes it “rogue” which adds $.75 and if we get chips and a drink ($5) it would have been cheaper to go to a steakhouse! Because it’s good food, there are so many online orders that sometimes they just have to stop helping people in line, and that can be frustrating too. 10% discount for students is nice though. All in- we’ll be back, just not very often.

Boardwalk subs is a must stop while in town visiting our son at school. Nothing better than the Italian sub, rogue of course! The staff is super friendly and make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk through the door. Logan is the one who is usually making our sandwiches and his service is top notch! He is super friendly and always puts a smile on my face (along with the delicious food). Totally recommend stopping in, you wont regret it!

Did not expect to have such an amazing experience. Walked in as was greeted with the beautiful site of that sandwich making artist by the name of Spencer. Sub was great, but just being in Spencer’s presence made it all worth it. 10/10 would come back just to see him again

I order with a routine custom twist with my order and this location has always has had excellent customer service! Jenison has even gone above and beyond for me with my order requests. I am recovering after surgery and this team has even walked with me and carried my order out for me to the car – even when icy out while I am on crutches.
Great team- delicious food- great atmosphere- Jenison Boardwalk Subs is the best!
