I was craving something fast, somewhat healthy and Chipotle is usually my go to. This spot definitely fits the bill.
I just ordered a regular bowl, half carne asada/shredded beef with sour cream, white corn salsa along with a large cups and cheese sauce. It was definitely a satisfying lunch at a pretty high price but at least the portion was great.
I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items. Parking here is usually paid garage or street, walking highly suggested if possible.

A great place to grab a quick bite to eat in a clean environment.
The open kitchen demonstrates the food presented here is freshly cooked and prepared with the utmost care. Service here is friendly and welcoming. During our visit I observed staff constantly cleaning the tables and keeping the dining area relatively clean and orderly. I was pleasantly surprised how clean the restroom facilities where especially in downtown.
The large window panes allow natural light to add to the pleasant dining experience. Seating is rather limited during lunch time. Indoors is a nice environment with A.C. There is seating outdoors for those who prefer. This location also has a quick or mobile order location right next door.
Affordable and healthy food option found here and highly recommended.

I typically visit this location when working at the office because of the convenience. I overlook times when they run out of certain food items during or after a lunch rush and how dirty the location is. Today was different, there was no line at 1250 pm.
They were out of chicken, I asked if I can get their honey glazed chicken at the normal chicken price. I was told NO, or wait 6-7 minutes for a fresh order.
I get being told No, but the employee’s behavior was rude not acceptable.
She shouldn’t be working with customers. She has no service etiquette or empathy, a poor example for her peers.
If there’s a one time consideration to override the price, it wasn’t going to hurt the days sales.
This literally left a bad taste. Going forward I’m going to the new Wing Stop located in Cal One area!

I admit that this is a prime location for Chipotle, but unfortunately this location specifically is terrible.
Service workers didn’t seem to care much about the customers. Without even having closed yet (atleast an hour away from closing), most ingredients were already put away. I came inside to pick up a mobile order when the place was virtually empty, and they still insisted I walk outside to the pickup window, instead of merely handing my meal to me inside (which was just a few steps away). Almost too funny to be true!
The best part: my chicken bowl had no chicken. Maybe 1-2 little nibbles worth. What a joke!
Love Chipotle. Hate this location. Save your money and go elsewhere, especially with Chipotle prices racked up lately.

I have visited this Chipotle twice in a 2 week span and have made it my favorite Chipotle overall. I will not go to a Chipotle and dine in anywhere else. I posted photos of my favorite seat underneath and the great view I get of Downtown L.A. from the corner of 3rd St. And Grand Ave.
And like my previous reviews comparing food in the San Fernando Valley to other areas, Chipotle tastes a lot better here. My recent visits to this location have been my 3rd and 4th time ever eating a burrito here. I will give it a 4 star because the carnitas burrito is fire, but not as fire as an authentic burrito elsewhere. I spent just under $16 for a burrito and a small side of guacamole. I will probably be going here once a month due to inflation and loss of hours of work.

Went here for lunch. Even though there was a long line, the crew behind the counter was very efficient! The line moved very quickly. There’s indoor and outdoor seating available. Food is good and fresh. Generous serving. I was only able to eat half of the bowl. I saved the other half for later.
