I did not order a side of sexual harassment with my wrap….I wish there was a negative stars option. Unfortunately, there’s not. I visited the location on October 15, 2025 around 1:20 pm and was the only customer waiting on an online order for pickup and was ogled by the employee the entire time. As he gave me my order, he proceeded to tell me how “beautiful” I was and then stated he liked how my body looked in my clothing and jewelry. Needless to say, I was extremely uncomfortable and will not return to this location.

First time ordering from this location. Was an online order. Unappetizing is the nicest word I can use to describe the “sandwich” I got. Will not be ordering from this location. Staff was rude with attitude. I did however get a refund, wasn’t interested in letting them try to make that again..

Went to this location hoping to get the hot honey combo for the Thursday special. The worker notified me that they were out of hot honey so they couldn’t make the sub. I asked if I could still get the sub/deal and just leave the hot honey off since it’s not available. I was told the employees were prohibited from even ringing it up or they would get in trouble. I thoroughly explained I’m fine with not receiving hot honey. The employee then explained they would have to ring it as a regular pepperoni sub combo which is not on sale 06/19/25 and the total would be 3$ additional than the daily special price. I left the store and won’t return to any Subway owned by this franchise owner. I don’t blame the employee. I blame the poor training and management. Expecting someone to pay more to not have an ingredient on the sub is ridiculous and absurd.

I just came in about 30 mins ago for a 6 inch tuna sub, and I was worried the extra lettuce and sauces were gonna make the sandwich such a big mess and not hold together but that efficient and intelligent young lady has a way with making these subs. I wish I got her name so I could name her directly.

despite the toaster being down the food was GREAT!!! Maleah and Noah took great care of us. They were great with our kids and went out of their way to make our experience great! We will definitely be back again!

I am normally at this Subway every few weeks. We walked in this afternoon. No hello just snotty with me the whole time with my order Sunday afternoon about 730ish. My sandwich is still cold after it was toasted. Poor customer service. Very disappointed!
